Linkin park did it right they gave us time to grieve then brought in a female because NO male singer could of held a candle to Chester with a female singer they were able to keep Chester’s unique sound without looking like they were trying to replace him! LOVE their new lineup
100% agree they took the time they needed to grieve Chester and heal as well as giving us fans the time to process and grieve the loss. I think if they got a male vocalist it literally would've been too difficult for whoever stepped up so going with Emily was a great move. Her vocal range is great and really like what she has brought to the band. She's making her own path and starting a new chapter for Linkin Park. I'm stoked for the album and to hear more
@@tobymovingdirect I like the range she has, the aggressive and rasp in her voice which I think really works for Linkin Park. Based on the livestream I liked how she approached the older songs and the harmonies she had with Mike Shinoda so I think she's gonna really grow into the role well. Stoked to hear the heavier stuff on the new album
@@mrcollateral2478 I think it would help a bit with the heat they're getting right now. Sad that Brad isn't touring, hopefully he goes again but at least his guitar work will be on the record and he's still involved behind the scenes
