    I flew ONCE on this aircraft from PHI to Ithaca and they are too small for my taste!
    I flew in storms and feeling turbulence INTENSELY is an understatement!
    Thank you for your video...

    I love E145 they are lovely planes. LOT Polish Airlines had them previously but not anymore. They’re quite common here in USA, so there is a chance that I will fly on one of them one day again.
    Fiery nice trip report 👍

      Thanks a lot! Yes they are more popular in the US than in Europe. We have plenty of E175 and E195 but the 145 is not very common.

    Flew them just recently from Edinburgh to Stornoway ( LoganAir) and back. My first time on the 145's...a very capable and nimble little aircraft. Absolutely rapid on take-off and can quite literally turn on a sixpence. Not for the nervous flyer though.....the bank angles can be steep and with a low flight ceiling can be bumpy flying through cloud etc. I love flying so enjoyed the experience. A small passenger plane with fighter jet attitude!

    I’ve flown in that very plane from Belfast city to East mids last year. No head room, windows are huge and feels pretty special! Was a Flybe replacement flight

    Great review as always. CEO on the jumpseat, no pressure on the FA then or pilots ... :)
    I love smaller planes, you actually feel the mass of air you are flying through and it's dynamics more, and cloud scudding is fun when no IFE and gives you even more feeling of being up in the air.
    As long you haven't got a g and t freshly poured.
    I hope they get more passengers on this route after this crappy Covid, and they keep it going. Love the little airlines.

    Great vid but no thanks lol. Did a flight from Aberdeen to Shetland many years ago with the Mail bags behind me surrounded by oil rig workers in their survival gear! The plane rocked and rolled the entire flight with a go around! I like something a little bigger!

    • @MyTrips_Aviation
      @MyTrips_Aviation  4 года назад +2

      Yes I understand what you mean, it was rocked during our flight too. It's not for every day but one flight every now and then to raise the adrenaline is ok :)

    When the pandemic is over, you should fly Condor Long haul or Lufthansa long haul.

      I was going to fly Lufthansa just before the pandemic. Flight cancelled but still no refund...not sure I will book with them any time soon to be honest.

    Did you get to say hello to the CEO as you left the plane?
    Be interesting to talk to him!

      @MyTrips_Aviation  4 года назад +1

      No the cockpit door was still closed. He did give a short speech in the cabin though before take off to welcome the passengers on this first flight of the airline on the route,

      True, they serve some very remote areas in the UK and are the only airline that does it so inevitably they are a bit expensive
