Reset button, got to the comment section late but hope you got it figured out. I love my 13 hybrid but damn Hyundai made these screens a little dumb😂 I can’t even click on the screen without hitting an option on the complete other side
I guess this is the next issue for mine, my engine just seized and got replaced, make sure you guys add oil/change it because if it seized with low oil they won’t cover you. If your paint is coming off they will repaint it for free had mine done 2-3 times can’t remember bouta take it again.
has anyone found the solution for this? it’s not the fuse because i’ve replaced that the only thing that works is the radio and the screen goes in and out !
@@labonia Hey, for the navigation update it didn't worked for me as well , but the display audio software update worked fine for me, I have installed display audio software update from Myhyundai website, after the update I haven't got this issue again.
Had the same thing happen to mine a few months back. Replaced the head unit with a used one. Hyundai was quoting me $1800 for the radio and installation. Bought a used one for $100 and did it myself. Works as good as new.
Reset radio using small pin . If and hopefully, it comes back to normal turn off HD radio option . It sounds stoopid but that fixed my issue!
Same problem. I tried the reset button, and it worked this time. We'll see for next time. Mine is under the word "TUNE" need a pin to push it

There's a pinhole that says reset or something like. Get a pen and stick it in there for 10 seconds. I have to do this shit all the time
Yes. This works but doesn't solve the problem. I have a pen in my car just for this.
