I have a very overactive brain that has trouble shutting down and relaxing. I have a fireball of anxiety due to a necrotic hip and severe pain from that. Something about the tone of your voice and the calm in your voice helps relax the brain enough to rest and then I just slip into sleep easier. I really appreciate the time you put into the videos to help people relax and try to sleep. Genuinely grateful.

i think msot of the time when theres an ad in a video its because the creator allowed the ads to be there. its the only way creators can make money off of their videos so it is annoying but it helps support her for the videos she makes!

Hey Nasia i know a trigger that will make anyone tingle
do some buildup going up to the camera and scratch behind and around it a bit, then grab the camera like ur hugging someone and bring it to one of your shoulders, then scratch behind, around, and on the camera (starting with the back). It should all be in quick succession. You can also pull up the camera to your face instead, but some ppl may find that cringe, try it anyways. Also u can tap around the camera while bringing it towards you.
