My ex is a user and manipulater. When things dont go her way she blocks, says mean and demeaning things, and then comes back always need something else. I feel empowered now. I know my worth. I've been grounding myself and really working on my self respect. If you respect yourself you will not put up with these things. I reacted because I'm hurt, and I got upset. But now that I think about it I know what I have to do. It's time for me to move on.
