Tough loss, brother. I know the feelings I'm seeing in you. It will be four years soon since I lost my mother suddenly. Certain days and memory triggers still choke me up. Told her every day that i loved her, but never had that moment to say goodbye. I'd like to say it gets easier, but the only times it is, is when I'm not thinking about her. Be strong, carry on, but never forget.

Thanks for sharing the connection. I told her the same (every day) but the saying goodbye was rough as I am not sure she was there…. But she was alive (breathing etc) for at least 15-20 minutes after support so I’m all messed up lol.
