Bihari mutton is best cooked recipe in India
I tried this recipe. I had attempted to make mutton for the first time and since I am a bihari went with this recipe. It turned out superb. I couldn't believe my hands made it. Amazing. I did add 1/2 tsp cumin and 1/8 tsp ginger powder.

This is the best mutton recipe ever! I follow literally every recipe of Yours Chef Ashok! A quick question though: When I finished this specific recipe, there was a raw smell of mustard oil! What could have caused it?
U didn't heat the oil for long enough, thats why raw smell of raw mustard oil
