St Swithun's Church, Compton Beauchamp, Oxfordshire, UK - 4K English Countryside Church Tour

Built of chalk and clunch & situated as it is in the grounds of Compton House, 13th century built St Swithun’s may (at first sight) appear to be a private chapel. It's not and is open to the public.

The graveyard is carpeted with Snowdrops and the birds are in full song, enjoy a countryside tour mid February with all it has to offer.

Great little church, filmed in such fine Spring weather - makes me feel like a new born lamb !
I was fascinated by how many nooks and crannies St Swithun's Church possesses. All those walls, curves, angles and additions. If only it could speak !

what other possible sound can there be ? one way to find out -- lets have a Listen ,, 0:24 the scuffle of you and the camera does sound like a possible voice saying ( what you watching ) ,, 1:24 as you walk up there is a faint whisper hiss like voice saying ( lots of Graves ) as to the size of the area shown ,, 1:38 sounding kinda like a full breathe it also sounds like a voice saying ( let go ) as to let go of the past ? or is it more towards ( Blessed Home ) ? ,, 1:52 sounds like hard to soft whispering saying something ( should he even be in here ) ,, 2:23 to me it does sound like ( see him ) being said ,, 2:50 it does sound like a voice saying ( somebody arrived ) ,, 3:04 these sounds do sound like two voices saying ( Fred - cheat Molly ) ,, 4:03 i guess stepping on twigs the sound does sound like a possible voice saying ( he's the one to run too ,, we all do not hear things in the same way or manor , this is part of my gift and curse on Listening , thanks for the historic tour and keep safe

You need to go through the smaller entrance to the right of the main gate, turn left after 20 yards or so and there’s limited parking behind the house to the right. You can walk across the grass to the Church and yes, it’s public.
