Okay, I just thought of a theory. If you guys read Summer's backstory on Corrie's wiki page, it’ll tell you that she was adopted by Drew and another guy named Charlie, but Charlie left because he couldn't cope being a parent. What if Mike is actually Charlie, and he's a scam artist who's adopted a bunch of kids and just left his partners to raise them as a single parent? That could explain why Summer ends up confronting him at his and Esther's house and Paul confronting him in those paparazzi photos we saw about a month or so back. Also, Esther could be a victim under Mike's (or probably actually Charlie's) manipulation.

After Todd and Sarah got together in 2004, he cheated on her with her brother Nick and with another man named Karl behind her back. When a pregnant Sarah learned the truth about Todd's sexuality, she was left heartbroken and the stress of it caused her to go into labour prematurely. After she gave birth to a baby boy, she named him Billy, who sadly died in the hospital 2 days later.

After Todd returned to Weatherfield in October 2013, Stella's (Michelle Collins, who played Cindy Beale in Eastenders) mum Gloria (Sue Johnston) offered him a job behind the bar at the Bistro. However, when Nick and Gail saw him working there, they weren't thrilled to see him at all, but Nick isn't any better.
