NECR Southbound “323” (600) powers out of Randolph VT. 7/16/24

With the line being shut down due to washouts from last week's flood, a stranded 323 is having to run back south to Bellows Falls to detour over the VTR. the train had to be split in two pieces, one section parked in Bethel, and the other parked on the Randolph siding. they are ran back to bethel to pick up the other section, and continue there way to Bellows Falls.
