mujhe second round mai freeze ka option nhi aaraha sirf aaraha hai ki you have already submitted your willingness. First round mai maine upgradation daala tha aab freeze ka nhi horaha

So I have done BCA fron JaganNath University, Harayan. But the college in which I bave taken admission is in Delhi (Rohini Sector 3). So I should considered in Inside delhi or Outside Delhi

You have to pay 40k only once (most probably in round 1 if you get a seat ) :)
40k is a one time payment
I got a seat in round 2 but wanted to test my luck and go for round 3 so I paid the 40000 fees and am eligible to participate in round 3.
