Litterally sat here laughing out loud but also feeling your pain. I spent hours a few weeks ago putting together a pet planet rat cage and it was a nightmare to put together. Glad I'm not the only one that has a nightmare putting cages together 😂
Niteangel stack-ables are little bigger than a 40-gallon tank, but not by much. Stack-ability is an advantage. I don't think I would put Syrians in those because I find them much happier in the Bigger World and 75-gallon tank. My current dwarf hamsters are content in 40-gallon tanks when my Syrians were not (climbing the bottle and wheel, trying to monkey bar on the lid if they could reach, etc.). Agree Niteangel cages are tricky to assemble but I love the large Bigger World for Syrians.
Hi again munch I love love love this cage I’m awaiting on a large glass cage myself I’m soooo xcited can’t wait I’m like a little kid waiting on my toys can’t wait how r u any way munchybhooe ure well and keeping safe u do an xccellent job with all ure little ham hams well done to u byeeeee kaka xx
About the pain part I feel you😅 my left leg gives me a lot of trouble. Especially the hip. I often feel an immediate burning of pain when I stand up and I start limping for a while. It’s just normal to me at this point 😅
I just bought this cage and the wheels. I had one of my guy friends put it together for me last week. It's a great cage, but it's a bit smaller than what I thought it would be. I like the idea of adding another cage on top if I get another hammy, that's why I bought this specific cage from Niteangel. I would love to hear your thoughts on it when u get a furry baby into it.🐹😊
Great video! With those plastic side posts, I wonder if this might even be workable for gerbils. They are big plastic chewers. I can see that they cannot get to the acrylic front piece as it's flat, but I wonder if they could chew the top of the tray or the posts. If anyone has used this for gerbils, please post here!
The other stacker that is all sides glass, i'm looking to test it. So i'll give an update for when I put gerbils in them. There will be another unboxing and me putting together two stackers.
You say you have chronic pain. Have you heard of Ehlers Danlos syndrome? It's often missed by doctors and often misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia. I have it too. Another condition that is closely linked to Ehlers Danlos syndrome is hypermobility spectrum disorder. You don't need to be extremely hypermobile to have EDS.
I’ve calmed down from the stress of assembling it. Here’s my considered opinion. It fits the space we have nicely, and the front hatch gives plenty of room for access and plenty of depth for the bedding. I really like it. However, it is an absolute pig to put together. The glass panels are supposed to slide in but the stick and have to be whacked down. Really worrying with glass! The worst bit is that the lid won’t fit on and I can only secure 3 corners. Im thinking of returning it. I’m also thinking of just leaving it.
I love Niteangel brand overall but I'm not terribly impressed with this particular enclosure. I have my gerbils in the large Niteangel Vista and Large top-closing Niteangel enclosures and they do wonderfully in them. They are deep to allow a lot of bedding for burrowing and I've never had an issue with any of my gerbils chewing on them or even being able to damage them at all. They are also a lot more stable in construction and less "flimsy" than the one in your video. After saying all that, that enclosure might be an awesome enclosure for small reptiles, etc if sealed with aquarium safe sealer.
Unfortunately these acrylic enclosures are flimsy... I shall stick with my Sterilite 200 quart/50 gallon bin with my beautiful DIY lid... It is firm, yes that word firm Munchie, and light... If I ever have a hamster that showed stress in this giant bin, I will break down during the Christmas season and buy the larger Christmas tree bin somewhere... I hear Target sells them then...
Does anyone have any ideas of other pets this cage would be suitable for? I had a hamster in it and I was wondering if another type of pet could live in this enclosure?
Munchie I currently use a fourth gallon breeder tank and felt good about it. Recently I started looking for a larger cage. With most of this being plastic, is it actually sturdy??
Do you think that this would be fully chew proof from mice? I want to make or buy a front opening enclosure for them since they hate when I come up from above but since I'm new to owning mice I'm so worried that they can chew thier way out of almost everything.
No. A lot has happened to me since last year. Losing my home because of a death in the family, was not planned and took a lot of time to try to heal and get through this. I also wasn't keeping small animals during this time since we temporarily lived in a house with hardly any room.
It is difficult to beat a bin enclosure for being both a light and firm enclosure... A large tank isn't light, and if you drop it because it is too heavy, a large tank isn't firm...
We love it when a cage can fit an entire munchie.
😂
@@MunchiesPlace I hope you escaped the cage.

Thanks for the great video Munchy the RUclips videos are great and it’s good to see your back
It’s bigger than I thought it would be. Might consider buying one!
I have this cage and it was a PAIN to put together but totally worth it
Glad to know im not the only one who struggled.
Oh my gosh, I hope you got out of the cage by yourself okay! That did look too difficult to put together. I am sure your gerbils will love it. 😊
Munchie approved indeed
looks fun
I love these videos 😁 they’re both fun and educational and help spread awareness of proper care
Edit: 12:09 made my day
Omg, thank you so much for this.
I am getting 2 of these for my hammies as ordered them a few days ago.
I was a bit hesitant.
Thank you. 😊❤
No problem 😊
The infamous glass squeaks 😬😬 lmao

I have a lot of pain all the time too due to artritis
I've come back around to watching your content and i have to say i love the pink at the end of your hair! Looks good!
😂 that happens to me when I'm trying to put a cage together I make my own instead of buying them 😂❤
I hope Munchie out of that cage safely and without any scratches

I have two of these cages! They are AWESOME!
Hope you share with us the how to/setup cage video for the gerbils! :D
I’m glad I’m not the only one that had this much trouble putting the bloody thing together.
As you cited in your rocket ship cage review - "gradually help your pet to accept the containment".
Great video. And you getting in the cage made me laugh. 😂😂 Hope you got out ok. 🙈
How are you?. bravo-unreal picture-Munchie's,;)
For once it actually notified me
yay :D
Okay - I love the opening chaos with the two cameras!! I love your bubbly attitude despite everything. I love all that you do! ❤️

listen if munchie can't fit in it its too small for your hamster

Save the boxes the gerbils love to chew up the boxes my gerbil hayhay loves it

Bucastate came out w very similar stackable cages.
Many people complained they were flimsy.
Does this seem flimsy to you?
Not at all. I'll be stacking it soon in an upcoming video to test it
Can you show how you would set it for a hamster?

At 7:17 I thought you meant Crackle, who was a former rescue, if I remember correctly. Brain, why so confused today?
Would a 200 quartz tote be larger than this, or would it be smaller?
Which is pest bucatestate cage or niteangel؟
My mother has Fibromyalgia. It breaks my heart how much she suffers. I pray you don’t have it 🙏🏼

I have a question.. can you connect 2 of the cages together just because i am looking for a bigger cage
Does anyone have any ideas of other pets this cage would be suitable for? I had a hamster in it and I was wondering if another type of pet could live in this enclosure?
Do you agree with their claim that it is sturdy enough to have cats lie down on top?
Munchie I currently use a fourth gallon breeder tank and felt good about it. Recently I started looking for a larger cage. With most of this being plastic, is it actually sturdy??
Do you think it will be good for a Young mouse ?
This is very large for a single mouse. This would be ideal for a colony of mice however. :)
Do you think that this would be fully chew proof from mice? I want to make or buy a front opening enclosure for them since they hate when I come up from above but since I'm new to owning mice I'm so worried that they can chew thier way out of almost everything.
Haven't tried with mice but looking forward to seeing how they'll do inside of it.
0:32 she’s had that cage since last November? And she never reviewed it?
No. A lot has happened to me since last year. Losing my home because of a death in the family, was not planned and took a lot of time to try to heal and get through this. I also wasn't keeping small animals during this time since we temporarily lived in a house with hardly any room.
@@MunchiesPlaceI see. I apologize for what you’ve been going through.
does anyone know how old she is????
Why would you wanna know my age. That's a bit odd of a question to be asking.

I feel like it’d be kinda small for most Syrians but it would be perfect for a dwarf or even a few mice! I just wish they offered larger versions.

Loled at you sliding into the cage xD
Has munchie ever reviewed the rodipet LaOla cage?
Can't get it here in America, so no I haven't. But looks so similar to niteangel.
