This just happened to a friend of ours in VA! She’s older and wanted a safe horse for trail rides saw a video of a horse going into tractor supple and riding up to McDonald’s thinking what a calm horse but nope! He is an ex Amish cart horse who has 0 experience being ridden and through her off within a week of having him spent about the same amount of money as your friend.
Knowing how poorly so many Amish horses are trained and treated (my family used to be Amish), I’m surprised it didn’t happen sooner. I train horses and often get people bring me horses they bought from Amish auctions who were advertised as “well trained” but are actually either entirely untrained and/or traumatized. Not always, though. There are good Amish horse trainers! They’re just very…very few. There was once a kid who even bragged about how his grandfather would beat horses to “train” them. :(
When I saw the horse's condition, I actually teared up.... no living being should ever, EVER be treated like that! I hope Domino is healing well and may he know he is now safe and loved.
Will we continue to get updates on your friends horse in the future? I know they're in much better hands now, but I guess part of me is still worried/intrigued about their recovery. I'm hoping for the best and that everything will go well in helping this horse to a better life
Also your friend is incredibly selfless! She could have just returned the horse to get the 14,000 dollars back, but instead had already spent 6000 for his medical bills and will continue to care for the horse! I gotta say, even if people wouldn't return him, many would put him down so they wouldn't lose any more money treating him. Seriously, she's awesome and I hope the horse recovers well and will have many more happy years to spend with your friend.
She really wants this horse to have the best life possible and that is amazing in itself that poor horse didn’t deserve to be treated like that and I’m happy he’s gone too a new home
I went through all of this when getting a horse, and 7 years later she is still with me and has become my heart horse. I really hope it all works out with your friend & he turns into the perfect horse once he is healthy, happy & trained ❤️
Honestly buying any horse without seeing it in person is sketchy. I've known way too many people who got ripped off by buying sight unseen. One lady at my barn can't seem to get it through her head to see horses before she buys them. She got a warmblood mare from Canada and when it got here we found it had neurological problems and had to be put down within 6 months since her problems were only getting worse. She lost 20k on that horse, after she bought another mare for 10k she didn't go see and that mare ended up having kissing spine and had been worked through the pain so much that by the time this lady got her she wouldn't let anyone saddle her and was downright dangerous to work with. That mare is now at a sanctuary since she fractured both rear shins and the owner spent thousands to have them fixed surgically just to have the mare not heal correctly since she hated being stalled and tried to bust out of her stall after being on stall rest for a week. She's now having a 26k gelding being shipped here to Montana from New York that she's never seen in person 🤦♀️.
Have some lost their bran, I don't understand? If she has that much money to waste why can't she bother to go to an actual horse auction as example where you see and meet the horses?
I would like to buy an Established Title. I can't seem to find your sponsor link anywhere?. You seem like a very trustworthy person, I want to use your link and no one else's.
She probably took it down after the scandal of the whole company being sketchy came out. As you said she seems trustworthy so it would make sense she would take down her link and end the sponsorship contract.
Just a thought but: If they refund you to a degree but still demand the horse is send back to the abuser, who's to say that this website isn't MADE BY a collectiveof these scumbags? I for one can easily imagine that. It kinda adds up...
Makes sense. Send a horse you could care less about (because you are scum) to some person in horrible shape, give back most but not all of the money, and get the horse back to sell again. You are literally making a couple hundred to a thousand-ish bucks without selling anything, depending on “shipping.”
@Anna Banana Who is to say that a full refund is given every time? This website has so many ways to avoid giving a full refund or one at all, so who’s to say that every single time something like this happens they go through the trouble of having a full refund done?
I agree. My friend did it. I told not too. Horse was supposed to be healthy and beginner. She full of internal tumors and unridable due to her pain. No money back she lost 7500 and broken heart. She had to be pts shortly after arriving
Yea but since Raleigh spoke out about her, she’s posting thousands and thousands of quotes about how she doesn’t care that people try to lie about her and ruin her life.😂 (Shows just how much she cares.) and she’s still selling horses everywhere.
Love this video👍The fact that people actually have the nerve to sell horses in this kind of shape is terrible. I’m glad someone like you is calling them out, they need to be held accountable for everything thing they say and represent. This is animal cruelty and both the owner and the auction sight need to be held accountable. You’re awesome for outing them. Hopefully no one else will have to deal with the heartbreak your friend did. She’s a great person for keeping him and making sure he had a good life.♥️🙁👍
Thank you for exposing this shady a** to the light. They certainly scammed the wrong person!! I DESPERATELY hope Kenna sees this video. I hope every single person she knows, sees this video. I hope every prospective client sees this video and never looks at her or this site again!
I really appreciate the advice because I'm in the market for a horse, and had attended an auction out of Navasota Tx so I'm glad you mentioned this particular person from Texas. Great page keep it up
I recently purchased a horse that I found online. I interviewed other buyers and asked about their experience. The seller checked out and I'm very pleased with my boy.
Horsebid always struck me as too good to be true. I recently bought my two quarter horse babies from equine now. Healthy and papered. Also, what up with all that eye make up for a horse website? 😅
Honestly, I always loved looking through equine now at horses I can't have lol but to me, it seems legit especially if you see a horse on there within your area that you're able to actually go see in person.
I noticed that horsebid had so many ads on EquineNow and I ended up filtering”no Auction ads” bc it seemed like bs. I found them in my area, and fell in love when I checked them out! I was looking for months on EquineNow, and some of the horses on there were ridiculously expensive, but some were super reasonable.
I was taken advantage of like this with my horse. Bought sight unseen but with my trainer. The videos and pictures were at least a year old. When he got picked up by the shipper he had no muscle, was underweight, and had ulcers. Thankfully it was nothing more than that but the owner lied to us about his age too. After we bought him I looked him up on racing websites since he’s an Ottb and saw he was 5 years older than I thought. Horrible experience and I learned my lesson big time. I’m lucky he has turned out great and now has all the love he deserves
Thank you for making this video! I remember getting my first horse when I was about 13yo. If I hadn’t had a reputable and experienced trainer for several years, my parents wouldn’t have had any idea how to go about finding even a local horse, checking its reputation, papers, prior training/owners, and having it vetted, etc.
Im so glad your friend kept the horse. He doesn't deserve to go back to the original owners. Seeing the condition he came to you guys in makes me wonder how many other unlucky horses are on that website waiting to be bought.
When I was 12, we lived in a mobile home park down the street from this dump of a horse farm. I got my mom to buy me an $800, 8 year old Appaloosa / QH off some auction site and had him shipped from Florida to PA. I got very lucky, he turned out to be a great horse. Not perfect, but pretty good for us being clueless and handling him as a 12 year old
I 100% see where these buyers are coming from. I'm not new to the horse world but I'm only just recently in the position to buy my own horse. And the process is long and very frustrating. After months of looking you start to feel desperate and most end up going for a scam because you're venerable, not thinking straight and you just want a horse. I have been actively looking since March and I'm still looking. It's a frustrating process, but because I have some experience, I know it's worth the wait. For anyone looking for a horse, I definitely recommend an experienced horse person you trust. You can send them horse ads and go see the horse with them. They can definitely spot the scammers and keep your head on straight.
I'm so sorry this happened to your friend. I'm an equestrian and so grateful you're making people aware of this site. On happier note, i was born and raised in Norco Ca its so cool to see an influencer from around here!
That woman is like one of the ppl on this earth that I literally CANNOT stand, poor horse, came with a whole sickness and everything. I'm so sorry that happened to your friend:(
No way, I saw an advertisement for Domino months ago when I was browsing Ehorses for fun 😨 thank you for spreading this message, I’ve always been suspicious of Horsebid. Hope your friend is doing alright!
As a small thoroughbred breeder who provides good tempered horses to families wanting to have a good versatile horse as part of their family, we have had buyers want to buy a horse from our farm physical sight unseen. They were just going by our posted pictures. We will NEVER sell a horse without someone actually physically leading / handling horse 1st!! We had a buyer a couple of months ago who wanted to buy a gorgeous chestnut thoroughbred colt from our farm SIGHT UNSEEN! We said NO! You have to see & handle the colt 1st. Our farm is located out west & the buyer was located in North Carolina. That buyer was willing to pay thousands of $$$ in shipping & vet costs for a horse that they would not come & handle 1st! Some buyers are just crazy.
Thank you for this video. I want to get a horse eventually, and I am very uneducated, so aside from taking lessons, I also like to educate myself about what is going on. It's important to help people understand what is going on!
Don’t buy a horse without first having enough knowledge on horse care- riding in a lesson won’t provide that. Surround yourself with professionals and maybe even loan a horse first to see if horse ownership is for you
It should be common sence to never buy a horse online. You should always see the horse in person, and have a vet check and farrier check done first before buying a horse. I personally would never buy a grade horse, for more than the value of a used car. $5,000 budget on any grade horse, i owuld never go over that.
It's obvious how relieved you are to finally be able to put this video out! Wishing all the best to your friend and her horse, she seems like a great person. I'd be surprised if that girl that was the seller even existed.
Your friend may be a novice now, but by the time she has gone through rehabilitating and re-training this horse she will have SO much knowledge and experience. I hope she makes lemon-aid out of her lemon horse 💛💛
She's an angel for keeping him and rehabbing him in spite of everything. (He's lame and well over 10, idk how super rideable he'll ever be.) That poor animal. 😭
Awww!! Poor guy! Such evil people in this world. I hope he will get well. I'm sorry your friend had this happen to her. I went to a farm to check out a horse my parents were going to buy for me. He was going to be my first horse. I rode him for less than 5 minutes and realized something was wrong. We had our vet come check him out (even though we weren't going to get him) and he had Coggins.🥺 The whole farm was quarantined for a year. If an amateur knew something was wrong, that man definitely did!
That poor horse, if he does have cancer it may be better to put him down. I understand cancer can be treated but take a moment to think of that horse's well being. With the shape that it's in it may not even survive the treatments or the surgery.
I agree I think she should talk it over with a vet and depending on his age a younger horse may have better odds of surviving and it would be worth it cause it would be a month-ish of “pain” (recovering from surgery) vs an extremely old horse who may only have a year left anyway.
Yeah, like once a rescue had to euthanazise a feral cat because it was older, had a degenerative spinal issue, hip problems, and would eventually require an expensive knee surgery that wasn't guaranteed to fix the knee issues. The feral cat also wasn't tame enough to be able to go through the rehab after the surgery. With all that taken into account the rescue's council came to the decision that euthanasia was the best option for the cat. The feral cat got to live in the safety of a foster home, very loved for the last few months of life. Sure it is sad and the cat is missed, but the feral cat wouldn't have understood why the leg was weird why they wouldn't be allowed to do normal cat things for months while being groped by scary humans.
I remember my best friend and I helped a lot with the school horses at our facility. When they wanted to buy a new one our trainers took us with them to test ride the horses. So we went to look at a pony that was supposed to be around 10 years old and ready to test ride. So we got there and saw a very thin mare, probably had a foal recently. In the papers it said she was 17. The best part: they didn't even have a saddle nor a bridle but insisted my friend could test ride it only with a halter and 2 lead ropes. Long story short she didn't ride her and we left ...
Online horse auctions?! In person horse auctions are sketchy enough, wow! I can't imagine giving anyone money sight unseen, especially for a whole horse 😳
Absolutely disgusting. I have to give tons of praise to your friend. After everything, she is keeping the horse and getting it the help it so desperately needs. Who knows? Maybe with the love and kindness she’s showing him, he will blossom and be an amazing horse.
They can get away with this because it’s an auction. Horses sold at auctions have fewer “rights” than those sold privately. At least at an in person auction you can see the horse that day. Personally I feel that auctions in general (online and in person) are not a good buying option because you feel pressured to buy within time. I had a friend buy a horse unseen and while it was the horse advertised the temperament of the horse was not disclosed correctly.
I think everyone that buys horses before this video should sue the website and Kenna for this, and also have the authorities involved, idk if horse selling sites should be trusted
I bought my mare unseen six years ago. She was two years old. Luckily the woman was a reputable seller and breeder. I didn’t know her or anything but luckily I have ended up with an incredibly kind and healthy young horse! Such an absolute shame that these things are happening more and more now a days!
As awful as this is I am glad that your friend purchased and kept this horse. That poor baby could have been sold on again and again and would likely have ended up in a slaughter auction. The poor baby is now with the right people to get the help he needs. Thank you for being there to help him.
Yeahhhh I'm gearing up 🖤💜💙💚💙💜🖤 These videos give me life hopefully your ridicule will help to get terrible Craigslist horse scammers off of Craigslist 🖤💜💙💚💙💜🖤 Much love!!
So I have recently been watching this other girl go to horse auctions. I have NO personal experience buying horses at auction, but it seems to be a lot like buying a used car. Its an as-is sale, all most owners care about IS the sale, so they are, of course, going to tell you that their horse is sound and in perfect condition. It would behoove a GOOD buyer to do their own examination of the horse to ensure that there is no problems like swelling, lameness, hidden issues, etc. Much like its a good idea for a prospective owner to get their own mechanic to check a car and test drive it, you have to do this with a horse too.
I work in a hospital. Direct Patient care. It is 2:11am, both patients are asleep. You said “why is visiting capitalized”. I just screamed to the top of my lungs and 10 doctors ran in the room. I needed that. Thank you Raleigh. I need to quit my job, and go to sleep. You helped me realize this.
This is just so sad 😞 I hope your friend gets through all the stuff she's dealing with. And bless her for nursing that big guy back to health and good standing.
There is a well known specific breed sale in my country, you can bid online. Lots of the animals sell to online bidders, but savvy buyers hire someone to assess the animal in person and then decide to bid or not based on that independent assessors advice.
Its so sad that the horse was in good condition at one point yet the seller let it become underweight and injured without doing anything to help the poor thing.
I mean she couldn’t even make it through the advertisement without stumbling on her words.. Director yells, “and action.. take 25…!” CUT fuck it let’s just keep it, .. and keep rolling!”
It is sketchy that they say they vet these sellers so well. I buy horses in online auctions (not horse bid specifically) but ones that are local to me. I pick the horses up myself. I am happy these sites exist because I use them. I do not trust haulers. The burden really lies on the buyer. The seller could "misrepresent" the horse for so many different reasons. They may be uneducated, lied to, misinformed themselves etc. No two vets or farriers will ever have the exact same opinion on one horse. This level of misrepresentation is inexcusable though. The buyer really really really should see the horse in person and do a PPE IF they are not willing to take a risk like this. In the end it is the horse who suffers and that is so unfortunate. Glad you guys have the horse now. All newbies really need to work closely with a trainer.
I know of a sales barn in Connecticut that sold all of their "camp horses" on Horsebid at the end of last summer. Some of those horses sold for as much as $12,000, sight unseen. The year before, the CT sales barn sold them directly through their business, but probably didn't make nearly as high profits. I don't know how you can buy a horse without seeing that horse live and giving him/her a test ride or two. Not to mention how awful it is to just sell horses to anyone, doesn't matter if the buyer is an ethical horse person or an abuser. Makes me sick.
That intro was fantastic XD Though the subject matter is horrifying. Thank you for spreading the word!! I'd def be interested in updates as anything progresses with this if you're able!! It would be nice to see these people held more accountable!! Awful. Super frustrating both in terms of Horsebid facilitating this, and in the whole thing creating more incentive for people like Kenna Hartzell to obtain and make money off horses that are clearly not cared for (man does that feel like an understatement...)
The second-hand car salesman of the horse world. It is criminal! I watched this video twice, and I don’t think the horse on the add is even the same horse, given the differences in markings! The US online regulators really need to up their game, as this is allowing criminal behavior to flourish as legitimate commerce.
It's so sad how there are so much dishonesty in the horse world! Thanks for sharing! I used to look at the horses on there and thought they had some nice horses. Not now!
I had a shady experience with platinum equine auction as well and I'm so glad I was outbid and didn't make this mistake and then luckily saw this video. That site felt sketchy to me when none of the sellers will return my texts asking very specific questions regarding information they left out of the horse's ad. I also was shocked to see a mustang in the "past auctions" area sell for 63k! And literally a week later I saw the SAME HORSE on a different website for 8k. They used the exact same photos and videos that were posted on platinum equine. Thanks for blowing the whistle on this.
This is absolutely horrible! My grandparents had horses before. If they were alive and saw this practise happening, they’d go banging some doors. So awful and terrifying too. I’m so angry right now. 😡
Under no state or federal jurisdiction in the US can a company waive negligence under a liability disclaimer. That is generally not allowed and will not stand up in a court of law.
Thank you for this video Raleigh, keep up the hard work! After what’s happened to friendlyjordies YT’er in Australia, i get worried for other RUclipsrs called out shady people. Stay safe. 💜
Never buy a horse online period. And always do a year trial for the horse before fully buying it as well as a vet check before you buy. It saves you lots of future problems. I knew a horse owner who bought a horse online and it turned out to have laminitis and needed tons of care and it was so sad to see the last 4 or 5 months of this horse in its stall never turned out. And the last week of its life it didn't want to even walk. Not even one step to move it to another stall to clean its stall. It was euthanized a few days after i tired helping it move to another stall that morning because it was in so much pain. It was so sad 😞.

This last summer I sold a horse sight unseen for 16k. I couldn’t believe it! The horse was apart of a mustang 120 day challenge. The owner’s friend did come and look at him at the challenge, but still! And the second highest bidder was across the country from me. I can’t imagine spending that much on a horse let alone sight unseen!
This is horrible. This person will continue to do this if no one (aka the websites) shuts her down. I hope the horse will recover and that your friend will have a beautiful time with him when he’s better and trained. Honestly, I hate online shopping. For anything. Why ? Because you can’t see what you’re buying and it’s dangerous. So ask to see what you are buying before actually putting money into it. We seem to forget one positive thing here : this horse is finally in good hands and will live a normal horse life, filled with love and care. To this little guy I say : stay strong, everything you went through is over. What comes next is good, I swear. Kiss him between his nostrils for me, and thank you for the video, Raleigh. Makes sense. Send a horse you could care less about (because you are scum) to some person in horrible shape, give back most but not all of the money, and get the horse back to sell again. You are literally making a couple hundred to a thousand-ish bucks without selling anything, depending on “shipping.”
They wanted to give her the full refund not a partial one. So your comment falls flat
@Anna Banana
Who is to say that a full refund is given every time? This website has so many ways to avoid giving a full refund or one at all, so who’s to say that every single time something like this happens they go through the trouble of having a full refund done?
I agree. My friend did it. I told not too. Horse was supposed to be healthy and beginner. She full of internal tumors and unridable due to her pain. No money back she lost 7500 and broken heart. She had to be pts shortly after arriving
That's so sad😭
She deleted it rolfmao
I was legit looking for it. Just swept under the rug like it never happened
Yea but since Raleigh spoke out about her, she’s posting thousands and thousands of quotes about how she doesn’t care that people try to lie about her and ruin her life.😂 (Shows just how much she cares.) and she’s still selling horses everywhere.
@@fightsportspace7327and she’ll do it again :(
Love this video👍The fact that people actually have the nerve to sell horses in this kind of shape is terrible. I’m glad someone like you is calling them out, they need to be held accountable for everything thing they say and represent. This is animal cruelty and both the owner and the auction sight need to be held accountable.
You’re awesome for outing them. Hopefully no one else will have to deal with the heartbreak your friend did. She’s a great person for keeping him and making sure he had a good life.♥️🙁👍
It's literally criminal! Where's the ASPCA?
Thank you for exposing this shady a** to the light. They certainly scammed the wrong person!! I DESPERATELY hope Kenna sees this video. I hope every single person she knows, sees this video. I hope every prospective client sees this video and never looks at her or this site again!
I was about to buy a horse from her then this video popped up
I really appreciate the advice because I'm in the market for a horse, and had attended an auction out of Navasota Tx so I'm glad you mentioned this particular person from Texas.
Great page keep it up
I recently purchased a horse that I found online. I interviewed other buyers and asked about their experience. The seller checked out and I'm very pleased with my boy.
What website did you go through?
Horsebid always struck me as too good to be true. I recently bought my two quarter horse babies from equine now. Healthy and papered. Also, what up with all that eye make up for a horse website? 😅
Ole Raccoon Eyes! 🦝 The midriff top was a bit much, too. That crook is so low, she's stealing makeup & clothes from her own teenage daughter. ↼_,↼
I can't imagine buying a dog without seeing it first, and even more, a horse without a vet checking it first. It is just asking for trouble.
The 'bad news', and the relinquishing of ANY responsibility, is ALWAYS in the fine print.....
That vet part was the biggest scam giveaway.
I’m lucky he has turned out great and now has all the love he deserves
i donated $100 Establishedhope all is well, loveTitles your channel.
Not perfect, but pretty good for us being clueless and handling him as a 12 year old
Is he still with you?
I feel terrible too. New horse owners believe this is a trusted site and they don’t know much about test ride. 😊
That woman is like one of the ppl on this earth that I literally CANNOT stand, poor horse, came with a whole sickness and everything. I'm so sorry that happened to your friend:(
Poor horses! So glad you made this video to spread the word!! :)
No way, I saw an advertisement for Domino months ago when I was browsing Ehorses for fun 😨 thank you for spreading this message, I’ve always been suspicious of Horsebid. Hope your friend is doing alright!
Same. I love looking at ehorses for fun. It is funny that most horses on horse bid are also on ehorses. 😊
Surround yourself with professionals and maybe even loan a horse first to see if horse ownership is for you
It's unbelievable, but, and I'm sorry for your friend, I'm so glad the horse is with her now and getting the care that he needs.
I agree I feel so bad for that poor gelding. 😢
It should be common sence to never buy a horse online. You should always see the horse in person, and have a vet check and farrier check done first before buying a horse.
I personally would never buy a grade horse, for more than the value of a used car. $5,000 budget on any grade horse, i owuld never go over that.
Can we get updates on this horse through his recovery? He's so pretty and it's such an unfortunate situation. Hope for him the best!
I’m sorry for your friend, I do hope her and her horse at least grow as a team- I know she’ll give him love and attention he deserves
Awww!!
@@nevaeha4048 It's sad and we can only hope the owner is able to have something good come out of this.
@@RogueMustangMare the owner and the horse. I hope she is able to afford all of his care and not worry about money.
I can’t wait when the video online love it and you😊
They can get away with this because it’s an auction.
The fact that you gave the shady sellers name 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I bought my mare unseen six years ago. She was two years old. Luckily the woman was a reputable seller and breeder. I didn’t know her or anything but luckily I have ended up with an incredibly kind and healthy young horse! Such an absolute shame that these things are happening more and more now a days!
As someone who is gullible and vulnerable, thank you for being honest and informative
Raleigh, you go get 'em girl! ❤
As awful as this is I am glad that your friend purchased and kept this horse. That poor baby could have been sold on again and again and would likely have ended up in a slaughter auction. The poor baby is now with the right people to get the help he needs. Thank you for being there to help him.
God, that poor horse :( this looks terrible. I'm so so glad you made this video and i hope we will continue getting updates on the horse
Yeahhhh I'm gearing up
🖤💜💙💚💙💜🖤
These videos give me life hopefully your ridicule will help to get terrible Craigslist horse scammers off of Craigslist
🖤💜💙💚💙💜🖤
Much love!!
Im tearing up too.
💛🤍💜🖤 It's so sad people do this shit.
I am sick and disabled. thanks to people like you I am still alive. thank you for all you do
How is the poor horse? I hope he starting to recover 🙏 good luck to your friend x
i love that you get after these people and stand up to all their bullshit. your friend and her horse are lucky to have you as an advocate.
This is just so sad 😞 I hope your friend gets through all the stuff she's dealing with. And bless her for nursing that big guy back to health and good standing.
Thanks for exposing them. I have seen Kennas name alot makes me leary from the get go
Great video!!!!! So sick and tired of all these scammers...
Glad you're calling out these shady horse sellers. This industry is so corrupt
There is a well known specific breed sale in my country, you can bid online. Lots of the animals sell to online bidders, but savvy buyers hire someone to assess the animal in person and then decide to bid or not based on that independent assessors advice.
This is SO heartbreaking. Sad for your friend but shattered for the horse.
Something to look forward too after work
Its so sad that the horse was in good condition at one point yet the seller let it become underweight and injured without doing anything to help the poor thing.
Thank you for exposing this. Too many people still trust what they see online. 🙄
Take it to court.
Imagine, these are just the ones that have been caught.
This is exactly why my trainer is coming with me to buy my horse, she’s experienced enough to know these things
I mean she couldn’t even make it through the advertisement without stumbling on her words..
Director yells, “and action.. take 25…!”
CUT
fuck it let’s just keep it, .. and keep rolling!”
ALWAYS HAVE YOUR OWN VET CHECK! Is it even LEGAL for a seller to refuse? If it’s not, and a seller does not allow you a vet check, RUN!
When I was looking for my horse I actually went to see him before I made a decision to buy him and we had the vet out to see there was any problems
If you bid for horses I recommend in person auctions where you can view and ride them on the day of bidding.☺️
I'm just utterly shocked that someone would drop that much money and not want proof that the animal was healthy... just.. utterly baffles me.
Why does she always look good no matter what she do
Wow, it is phenomenal what people do. Good on your friend for caring for the horse (like of course you would but you know, not everyone does that)
This is absolutely horrible! My grandparents had horses before. If they were alive and saw this practise happening, they’d go banging some doors. So awful and terrifying too.
I’m so angry right now. 😡
it's even worse because I just looked her up, a YEAR after this was posted, and she is still selling horses :(
I was looking at a horses on this site. I’m so glad I saw this
Bless you ... looking out for the welfare of these horses. They deserve sooooo much better. Keep on them Raleigh. Look forward to more posts❤️
Stay safe. 💜
That’s absolutely terrible! If I can’t physically see and try out a horse I plan on buying, forget it.
There are two places in Texas with Twisted M in the name, please don't get them confused!! Twisted M Stables is highly recommended in this area and always sells honestly. I've heard of the other one, and it kind of sucks their names are so similar.
@Gi Gi Exactly what I was thinking, so it's not just you! How awful, this whole thing. At least the horse is safe now, and in good hands. I hope that "other" TW Stables gets a raid & shut down, and the scammer rots in jail.
@@mookinbabysealfurmittens they need to report them to the police for animal cruelty and neglect, even if they don't have enough to sue the seller, that's the best way to put an end to their disgusting practices.
@@tabbi888 Yup. Report the seller, report the site, find a lawyer that will help. S.H.A.R.K. (Showing Animals Respect & Kindness) seems to have some resources and would definitely care. Maybe they know someone.

I hope we can get some updates on the horse as he gets better!! It would be cool to see the before vs after photos
I'm surprised that this type of company exist. I can't imagine buying a horse you can't vet check, see in person, and have proof of pedigree if one is implied. Also ride and/or handle before buying it. So GLAD you exposed this scam.
I know I’m pretty late, but not only do all of her points make sense, but you should also go with the more responsible choice of finding your own horse and bonding with it, making sure that they are properly trained, making sure your comfortable with the horse along with the horse being comfortable with you.
I wish for that… « beach » person to go down in hell, not be accepted and spend her deathtime wandering alone and suffering.
