- All 24 of Nakamura's goals from his 98 international appearances (2000-2010). The former Yokohama F. Marinos, Reggina, Glasgow Celtic & Espanyol star helped his country win the Asian Cup twice (2000 & 2004). Naka's memorable Japan goals include wonder-strikes against France and Brazil in the Confederations Cup, a direct corner kick against Honduras, and several sensational free kicks.
The set-piece specialist is one of the greatest Asian footballers of all time, and he was a key player as Celtic won six major trophies - including three successive league titles - during Naka's glorious four-year spell between 2005 and 2009.

People forget how bloody good Nakamura was, or at least if he’s talked about still it’s never in European or English talk shows or anything similar because he only played part of his career in Europe. One of the great set piece virtuosos, brilliant natural, quick mid fielding ability. Awesome player.
Nakamura scored from free kicks as often as other players scored from penalties. in my opinion he is easily in the top 10 set piece scorers in the world.
