Thank you. Once in a while might see a jon boat. Airboats too every now and then. Main creek will see a boat or two. But yeah, most of the time is kayak quiet.
I wound up binge watching your videos from the beginning. You have come a long way on editing and footage! Some pretty " raw" material in the beginning videos w/ Brian, but that's what made it funny to see. Now Brian can be heard in the distance, 😂 If possible, could you do a short or a regular video on your setup and how you transport your yaks?? The video you did on the preparation with tide charts and weather conditions was very good. I am now researching tides etc and locations in the area. I am somewhat local, but as of now, just a shore fisherman. Thank you. Happy New Year to you and Brian. Hopefully see you out there one day.
Thank you for the comment on the videos. Practice, practice, practice. That and some decent video editing software really helps. I will work on a kayak set up video, thanks for the suggestion.
I realize I shamelessly promote Brian and his Charter/Guide Service. He is the one who got me started, and keeps me learning about fishing the area. He can really give a person a jump start on fishing the Nature Coast. Believe me, there is so much to learn so a head start is very helpful. Once you start, you’ll never stop learning. For me is a large part of the appeal.
@naturecoastinshorefishing4397 I personally think he's great! You are both completely opposite of each other. It does not bother me at all. I actually was just looking up his charter service. I will be getting a new kayak soon and need to start riging it up. I'm calling him as soon as I get everything set up.
Wow some awesome Reds and trout! Great to have the “Backwater Bums” back!!
High Noon
Thanks. Good to get out. The wind the last couple of weeks has made it tough.
Such a pretty area. Nice fish
Thanks. Always beautiful, even when it's cold and windy.
That is a little chilly but a least there is no ICE!! See you soon!
Looks like the only way in that area is by kayak.
Nice video! Peaceful area.

Just got off the water for the last fishing day of 2023. We had another good day. Some of the better weather we have had.
I've fished for "Plan B" a few times myself lol. Kidding.
Brian is a Red Fish catching machine
You'll get to me the master when you come down. He's a great teacher.
