The must place to visit in Konya is the tomb of Mevlana Romi which probablyb didn't know. There is a Maulana Romi Cultural Centre opposite his Mazar where the famous Whirling Dervesh perform their Sema or an act on Romi's kalaam. People evem come exclusively from Europe and Middle East just to see this almost 2' hours performance. It happens on every Saturday night and is free of cost for anyone. The hall where it is performed can accomodate around 5000 people
