It’s ridiculous that this is fan funded. We complained for years about the billions generated having some share go to the players but instead we get THIS and the universities get to keep all the money.

I support what NIL is SUPPOSED to be. What’s happening is not NIL, it’s pay to play. NIL simply means you’re able and allowed to make money when businesses or TV stations use your name use your image or use your likeness for profit, without the NCAA being able to punish you. I support that because I’m a capitalism absolutist.

We are sorry but these are kids with a fully paid scholarship program to attend a University for an education and to PLAY A GAME. To play a game and to have an opportunity to have professional career if they are good enough. Why do they need to be paid in college? NIL does far more damage than it does good and it ruins the relationship between coach and player.
