Pls discuss one recent case of Punjab and haryana high court where a person convicted under 498A was given divorce on ground of mental cruelty and also wifes alimony was discarded. This can be very good citation in many cases in future.

@@786nazirhussain bro as far as I can understand apki family par FIR hui thi jisme chargesheet lg chuki hai and apke parents ke name hta diye hain. If this is the case then Iske liye apke parents pe jo allegations lge the unke against proof le kar 2 cases file kro 1) compensation for defamation and 2) criminal defamation complaint case under section 500 of IPC and try to add section 182 to 211 IPC as well. Convert it accordingly BNS. This will be enough to teach a lesson to her. Believe me a lot of pressure will get created on him additionally affect ongoing case.
