There are different game modes that you can play such as turf war which is the main one where you have to get as much ink of your colour on the map as possible. There's also ranked battles that include Tower Control, Clam Blitz, Splat zones and Rainmaker. I'm not good at explaining how they work but it's really fun. You can also play singleplayer in a story mode
Not bad, but letting teams from not all continents its not really competitive. They should put the Champions of Africa and South America too, to make that more interesting and expand that Tournament in that territories.

But other than that I'm excited to see Splatoon as an esport! I hope to get this far someday. I love the friendships of the teams and how it transcends all races!
