I would rate it 8/10. Loved their customer service, the only thing I didn’t like was the narrow walkway between their aisles. I didn’t have any issues with the baggage rules because I weighed everything beforehand.
You should have Filipinos to Cebu and Clark on your SFO TPE JX flight basically they want to avoid Philippine Airlines which is spelled in Taiwan and Hong Kong as 菲律賓航空 SFO-MNL-CEB in the case of Clark a bus MNL Pasay to Clark and then Bataan/Baguio via Pangasinan Province

This depends on your booking class. For me, I selected my seat 48 hrs before my departure time. If you select your seat at there 48 hrs mark, very likely you would be able to sit with your family.
