Place phone in tripod to get cool shot, puts phone almost inside the ice to get a cool shot, uses a gymbal to stabilize the phone footage to get a cool shot.... then never shows ANY OF IT.
You should freeze a water ballon until it is solid and hollow. Then fill up the hollow balloon with more water and let it freeze. Then you have a solid ballon of ice.

You need -20 or lower to freeze a bubble. Its easier if you land it on a surface. Grass actually catches bubbles really well for some reason.
