I corrected him enough that night in the pub that he got sulky about it. He didn't expect my friend, who adapted the book to a play for her PhD in Theatre Studies, to know an actual archaeologist and had made himself out to be the one who knew the most about it out of the cast. That's the kind of guy he is. But then again having a group chat named 'The Tortured Men Club' is a decent indicator of his mentality...
