Quick ties are a good idea.
Put links to things like the sharpner when you ahow them.

powerwh33ls I'm late but I wrote how this guy added to bandanas to the shoulder strap to give it more padding hunting on your shoulder and neck, nice video makes me want to go back and relook at my water bag to see what I can add and customize on it

Nice! I've got the next size up Maxpedition Bottle Bag (the 12x5) for day hikes, even have the same basic knife. I did get the jump-proof MOLLE backer although I like the zip tie method. I added TKC scales to my ESEE Izula II. Beyond that I have some of the same stuff but a few different items; space blanket, water purification tablets, whistle, mirror and multitool.

That's awesome, I was thinking about the 12x5. How do you like it? Do you like having the extra space?

Yeah, the extra space is nice. The front pouch is a little taller for more storage, plus the main compartment is enough taller to have usable space under the bottle. For instance, I can put a 10 oz round Sistema food storage cannister at the bottom and still have plenty of room for the bottle & nesting cup. There's really not downside to the slightly larger version. You could alternatively fit a 1.5 L Nalgene Silo in there if you want.

Still going strong with this kit? How'd it hold up?

Great sharpener! If you flip the diamond plates around it save your gear from getting scratched up! Great review!

I seen a video where a guy tied 2 bandanas on the strap that hangs around you to give extra padding when it hangs around your shoulder. The top of the pouch he sowed an Velcro strap so you can put other stuff on the top of the pouch where you said lots of room

Great Video ! Just ordered two of these pouches for my Survival Belt... You may need a Ti Cup to hold the Water Bottle. Also my Swedish Fire Steel is tethered to a large yellow plastic Hanson Pencil Sharpener from Home Depot to make tinder from a twig or Fatwood ! tjl

My Swiss Army Knife MT (the original MT)(was my EDC knife for a few decades) is now my back up knife. My EDC is the SOG Trident in Black Tini w/seatbelt cutter. And my full tang knife is the SOG Seal Strike a light weight light duty survival knife that hangs on the Survival Belt. tjl

Nicely done video, good stuff. I got some good ideas from you. If you could, what is the brand name and or model of your small copper flashlight? Is it a AA or AAA? Thanks!

Thank you man, I appreciate it. I got it from a website called countycom. Mine is a AAA, but it also comes in a AA.
