    I have CECS for 8 years now. When i was 15 i couldn't walk for 10 meters without pain. When i was 19, I got my first surgery. They made a little cut in the fascia in both shins. This cut recovered after a year. So the problems were back. The second surgery was a half year after that. They removed a bigger piece of the fascia in both shins. I did some fitness after 2 months of recovery, for like 4 months. Then I started indoor climbing. I feel my legs getting stronger and I was able to do a 3 km walk in 30 minutes, average speed was 6 km/h. That is my limit now but i believe it is possible to go further after more exercise.
    I advice to take it easy after the surgery, take small steps and let your legs and feet get used to the exercise. Especially if you have not been able to do sports for a long time, because your muscles and tendons might be weak, as in my case.

    How can I tell the difference between cervical radiculopathy and compartment syndrome? I have severe muscle wasting in both hands with weakness in my forearms but not nearly as much weakness in the upper part of my arms that is above the elbow. Most of my muscle wasting is concentrated in the 4th and 5th digits in both hands. Thank you!

    Sir why the pain is not relieved by anaesthetic??

    • @elbarqelsa3ek481
      @elbarqelsa3ek481 3 года назад

      I think with regular analgesics like NSAIDS because pain is severe but pain would decrease with morphine for sure.

      Give me your email address, and I will send you present time pictures and videos of me currently in the hospital and the damage that compartment syndrome has done. Including taking away my ability to walk or even feel my feet or use my limbs. The only working part of a limb I still have is my right hand I can no longer walk. I can’t get myself in and out of bed. I can’t use the restroom. I can’t even wipe my own ass. I am 35 years old and could do backflips before this happened to me this past December.
      Clearly those 45 years have done nothing for you, your practice and or your experience. I suggest you take notes of this video so you can be a better, Dr.
      Good day, sir
