- Hello friends! I love talking about fashion and style, especially how it relates to us as we go through different seasons in our life. Today, we’re talking about how to dress your age without looking old. As I mentioned, this topic is a particular interest to me since I am turning 47 this year with 50 right around the corner! But I never want to feel “old “or look in the mirror and think, “Oh girl, you dress ‘old!’” You should ALWAYS feel confident in what you are wearing, and these are five things to keep in mind as you continue developing a timeless style aesthetic that’s unique to you.

Great job love …… being almost 63 I’m in my fun minimal but classic trend. For example jeans( at my age I cuffed up my slightly wider bottom leg jeans, A blue/red sweater button up for layering - with a brown suede jacket during the fall with- booties/ flat animal print-or sneakers-at the hospital the nurses and staff were complimenting me on my look ❤❤❤❤👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙋🏻♀️
By the way your still a baby I want those capsules mine will probably react well too

I'm not trying to be any age or style. Oddly last year I would not consider a crop top, but found myself wearing them again this year and loving them, but with midi skirts made of cotton. I am back in my element with the cotton and linen trend. But if it ends I will still find ways to keep it going in my wardrobe. I think finding what you love, giving it an occasional tweak, maybe trying on a trend before buying, can keep you fresh if you're careful.

Hey my sweet friend!! Girl, at 52 I'm struggling with this exact thing. I want to look current, not like I'm trying to hard. I don't want to look silly. I want to be comfortable above it all. This girl ain't putting on a pair of 4 inch heels ever again, lol. I don't want to be tugging at my clothing. I've really only been coming in to my own this last year or so. Simple, comfortable and classic, it's the way to go for me. I've not gotten to the point of wearing orthotics, but give me a pair of comfy shoes!! Xoxo❤
