i got a question my friend give me his extra keepsmile led lights and i have my own black cord and the white box and when I use the app it doesn't turn on, I do what ur doing and it's still not working
Bro thank you so much me and my friend were having a sleepover and we were playing football and I threw the football and it hit my led lights. I didn’t know what to do. So I watched your video and the started working. Thank you so much you saved me for losing money and getting in trouble.
So i just got my new LEDS and they were working just fine before we glued them to the wall. My mom helped me slowly put them up and when i tried to turn them on, it didnt work, i checked the little metal thingies and they are just fine, i plugged them in both ways and they still dont want to work. Only thing i noticed is that half of them flash when i plug them in. Is there a way to fix it or are they broken for good?
I know its ben 4 years, but thank you so muchh, i thought i broke mine, but it was put it the wrong way, i was crying cuz it costed 32,99€ ty so much!!
Pretty sure mine fried itself because the blue color faded out so I unplugged the entire thing I plug it in when it cooled off and nothing hasn't worked since
My led light strip will blink when I press the power button, I do not know what is wrong with it buy when I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in it had like a yellow spark.
I got my led ws2811. before that both is great..but the 1stime i on is one is white color and remote doesnt work.. the other roll is works well with remote.. but right now one is turn on only white n doesnt work with remote....the other roll is dead well.. why ya??
Hello. I dont know what happened to my leds but one night I had my leds on and the power went off and it stayed like this about 30 minutes. After the power came back my leds didnt turn on again. On the other hand, my bro's leds are working perfectly. I tried everything and im pretty sure it has nothing to do with the remote. Do you or any of you reading this comment have any idea what happened and what can I do to fix them or if its even fixable?
Idk if it’s broken but this didn’t help and am so sad I got it 2 days ago I was vacuuming my room then all the lights trun off but the led lights never trun back on

literally only one light is on on my LED strip and its blue and when i change it it js turns off wtf do i do😭

Turned out the tape was damaged so i had to get new ones
