- Can I Beat CHIMPS Mode On A Level 1 Account? BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - I challenged myself to see if I could beat CHIMPS with a fresh account, with no unlocks other than Quincy and dart monkeys! To use other towers I must level up and get XP on them within that 1 game... here's what I ended up doing.

@@kendlemintjed7571 not even optimal. If I remember right simply placing him next to the track is enough to beat yellows. Also normally he would upgrade before yellows to have faster fire rate
@@arikrex9978 Quincy was placed for maximum track coverage and whiffed yellows. my point still stands.
Also, "normally", in an actual chimps game, quincy would be placed round 6 at the earliest. The same round he was placed in this game. So no, he would not be upgraded by then.

ISAB has done it. Now he has to beat CHIMPS mode without any towers next.

I think there's a mod where you can click the bloons instead
or CHIMPS but every tower must be tier 5 when the game ends

A low level account boss Bloon challenge would be pretty cool. I don't think it'd be doable at level one but you could maybe do it from whatever level the first farming tower is unlocked
speedrunning to see how quickly you can afford a paragon on a new account seems interesting. farming options come so late and it would probably have to be the dart paragon
I think a cool level 1 would a black boarder. Having to plan specific upgrades to get you through impopable and half cash would be really cool I think
Hbomb has done this challenge, but I think it would be cool to see how Isab hadles it.

I think it's fair you have an extra level in the beginning, because overall you get less XP because it's just hard difficulty
You get 30% for freeplay rounds past mode completion, but not past 100. Once you pass 100, it's down to 10%.

have you beat a boss on level 1, and if so have you beat PHAYZE on level 1, because camo seems like a struggle

Normal mode is probably possible but I'm doubtfully you could do the higher difficulty
or to redo this challenge using a mod
it would remove the insane amount of jank, specifically the non existant XP past round 80
It's worth noting that if multiplayer was unlocked from the get-go it would be possible for players to do a proper level 1 chimps run.
Honestly, "level one" maps would be a very interesting concept, and sound very fun to play. Sort of the like roguelike mod.
i feel like allowing the player to unlock any tower instead of all primaries, then military, then magic and so on would be better

12:25 Just to make this all the more impressive, this man still managed to do it with the stunted XP gains of Freeplay.
You could've used the Edit PlayerData mod (sadly only on Nexus) to unlock every medal on the map that comes before CHIMPS to play it without levelling up.

Speedrun beating a chimps map on varying difficulties. Like start with hard mode then complete all the other hard modes untill chimps! Tons of strategies involved
Would love to see a speed run, from lvl 1 to a expert chimps map completed, maybe for stream or maybe for a long video. Could be entertaining, but I have no idea if this is already a thing.
what u shd do is find a friend who will log into a coop game where u can put chimps and he leaves so u basically solo chimps without playing hard and stuff so harder to get upgrades

CHIMPS, but you can only do one thing per round. i.e. place one tower, upgrade one time, use one ability, change targeting once, etc, and you have to pick which thing to do each round
you could do a mini series on this. beginner -> intermediate -> advanced -> expert -> custom map? all as early as possible
I wish they would make the xp useful in some way after you unlock all of its tiers

i think a fun idea might be to make a new account and speedrun getting flagged (if you havent done this already im unsure)
80s and 90s typically account for a huge amount of exp in a CHIMPS run, but in this scenario they're counted as freeplay and you only get 30% exp rate. So this variation has a harder lategame than the ideal challenge, though earlygame and midgame are technically more difficult maybe?
I'm not sure if the game would let a level 1 enter a boss event but if it's possible or can be done with mods I think level 1 boss event would be cool.
You could do a co-op game because you can select any difficulty and any map without unlocking anything
My cousin from Canada did this when the game first came out. He went to a different school though so you don't know him.
I had been wondering what the challenge would be, since you don't get knowledge in CHIMPS anyway.

Maybe try to go as far as possible on a new account on logs. The strat would be a lot different than normal because of the lack of paragons, early farms, and 5th tier towers.
Also, easy vs medium vs hard would be a real choice because of XP.
Next video idea ----> Fastest way to delete an new account.
Btd6 youtubers are the most unique creators on this platform as they never steal eachothers content and make extremely original videos

From a new account, can you beat a beginner map on Easy, an intermediate map on Easy, an advanced map on Easy, and an expert map on Hard with chimps rules?
With this new account you should do a no repeating tower as in once u unlock a new path you won’t be able to use it for next game and then you go from there
Odyssey at lvl 1? Race at lvl 1 within 5 tries? Paragon at lvl 1 in an impoppable game? 2 mil pops at lvl 1? Boss at lvl 1?
Idk how, but it'd be awesome to do chimps in a hard map, maybe nodding or something
it would be a little bit bold to do fight some boss on a level 1 account
but prob it would require some mods
Moral of the story: do enough to barely win, not to have a good strategy lol
using a player data editor, you can manually unlock any difficulty on any map without getting any xp if you want a “true” level 1 chimps.
likewise, you can manually change your player level and xp on all towers, so you can reset the challenges without needing to make a new account
You should mod it so you can start on chimps in an expert map and try that

If anyone's low on XP in freeplay: just spam towers with a lot of money being used up! I did this as a joke in Primary Only with Dart Monkeys, but then I saw my XP gain when I had like, 30 of them. Got my first tier 5 with it.

You should try to beat a boss battle with a fresh new account. I don't know at which level are boss battles unlocked, but I believe there is a mod for it.
now that we are doing funky new account stuff, what if we look at the lowest level needed to do a 2 megapops challenge with? or something like least tower xp spent on chimps?
Honestly getting new ideas is hard as youve done so much already.

Challenge idea: Beat chimps mode by only spending IRL money.
Fun challenge would be how fast can you complete every mode on 1 map at a lv 1 account.
You can maybe try to go to the highest round possible from lvl1 or maybe get a paragon?
You didn't have to play the tutorial. You could have just exited to home.
Maybe a "what's the lowest level that a boss is possible" kind of challenge
you should try blons (doesn’t have to be chimps) on level 1
At least for me hard mode does not reduce xp gain for the account or towers (I tested the same sequence of events in the same map and got exactly the same amount of xp on easy and hard).
Veteran xp is harder to acquire though so that may be what you are thinking of?

couldn't you make a mod that simulates level 1 or takes away all your xp that way you can do chimps mode on whatever map you want

Use a mod to unlock all difficulties at lvl 1, I think most of us will agree that's better than pretending hard is chimps

were your brews buffing quonc and mdom the whole time? it sure looks like it. you even had an amd positioned properly to throw brew onto your pcharge

Not only the xp gets cut when freeplaying, also the children of the moab class bloons get cut. a bfb would spawn 4 moabs but in freeplay it spawns 1 moab

You should see how long you could last/ the highest round you could get to off a new account.
