It was 4 services not just haircut 💈 for a full hour with services it is 60 that they charge. I have seen barbers for not using much of scissors if it is short hair buzz cuts here in Europe. I appreciate your opinion, any chance you are a barber yourself?
Personally I wouldn't like a 5 minute job on my hair as that would be very rushed. In my opinion as you are working with a person and not object and she took 10-15 min to get it not rushed and do it nicely and I appreciate that.
