I love that Smallish got Iskall's approval by making a pun on his name almost immediately. I also adore that all of the hermits that have been asked to participate in the house either had a really good time, or a really bad time trying to pick out their blocks, but they all LOVED participating in building the monstros-I mean house.

As this was taking shape it kinda felt to me like a much more chaotic version of the challenge house that Xisuma started the Empires crossover with. (He went around and asked each person to select the one block that was most iconic of their empire and to gift him 32 of that block. Then he gave himself 5 minutes to make something with what he had been given and what he could craft from what he had been given. He cleaned it up a bit afterwards so he could use it as his base, but the challenge was to see what he could do on a tight deadline.) (EDIT: Correction: It was Cubfan, not Xisuma.)

I love the concept that Hermitcraft doesn't have to be perfection and great builds. Minecraft is about having fun and Iskall"s "build" is a great reminder of that. It is a sandbox game after all.
im hoping one of the new guys makes some new friends for sure. they have their friends on the server but it would be awesome to see new friendships flourish - and iskall and joel seem like an awesome duo
@@dania4407 I'm pretty happy with the cherry mountain crew. The new guys have some of their friends with them, but also people they haven't worked with before, so it's a good way to start integrating into the hermits. Mind I also thought for AGES Skizz was already a hermit for some reason

Iskall this might be your best season yet. I loved this entire episode, it was perfection made out of imperfect *ahem* blocks. You took on the risk of just pushing your way into all these hermits’ episodes and I am delighted as heck to watch them all over again and hear their comments after they leave you xD You’re brilliant at marketing yourself xD Watching you meet Joel was fabulous, Ren and Cleo were a highlight, you actually falling off his tower and failing the bucket clutch was hilariously unexpected. Oh, and before I forget, you adding dynamic captions to spell/sound out the toweR of the renDog was flawless and smoothly done. 😂
I'll be completely honest. This episode is the most I've laughed in a Hermitcraft Episode (and that includes ALL hermits) since the Dragon Bros shenanigans of Season 6! Every Hermit brought so much comedy to this build! This is the BEST idea that you've ever had!! Even, and especially, if it turns out to be the worst looking build on the server 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That project was the funniest thing I've watched in a long time! The build drew such hilarious reactions from all the hermits. Great job Iskall! This kind of thing is what keeps me coming back.
Only the 2nd episode and already it's an instant S10 classic... I don't think I've ever laughed this much in 52 minutes. From Yoel Smallishbeans' first interaction with you to Keralis making you refund him for the diamond ores, Skizz' hysterics at his awful- I mean, OREful block choices and your reactions, Stress and Impulse with the double diorite offence and decision to include doors, Zed's flapping front wall, the entire bit with Cleo and Ren that I'm still on the middle of watching... Everything is so so silly and wonderful and I still have 20 minutes to go!! I'm going to be coming back to this episode and rewatching it when I feel sad I just KNOW it, and I'm so happy you're having so much fun this season ^^

That project was the funniest thing I've watched in a long time! The build drew such hilarious reactions from all the hermits. Great job Iskall! This kind of thing is what keeps me coming back.
Only the 2nd episode and already it's an instant S10 classic... I don't think I've ever laughed this much in 52 minutes. From Yoel Smallishbeans' first interaction with you to Keralis making you refund him for the diamond ores, Skizz' hysterics at his awful- I mean, OREful block choices and your reactions, Stress and Impulse with the double diorite offence and decision to include doors, Zed's flapping front wall, the entire bit with Cleo and Ren that I'm still on the middle of watching... Everything is so so silly and wonderful and I still have 20 minutes to go!!
I'm going to be coming back to this episode and rewatching it when I feel sad I just KNOW it, and I'm so happy you're having so much fun this season ^^
