@@ReveMoto actually I am sending my truck for a wrap and wanted to see how to remove the front grill and bumper and your video gave me the directions I needed.
Yeah, some cars bolt on exactly the same. This Tundra takes a few cuts and adjustments, but man do we love the painted end cap look versus the chrome. 😍 If you're in Houston, we can also do that part for you 👍
Whoops! Yes, thanks for catching that! We had it on the thumbnail and somehow messed up on the title. 🤓 You're absolutely right - it'll fit the 2014 also. Are you considering swapping out your 2014 for all painted parts? Let us know how it turns out!
I've watched several videos on the removal of the 2014-2021 Turndra bumper that don't require taking off the grill and bulge. This is the only video that does. Am I missing something? Looks like a "billable hours" thing.
Hi John, they may have skipped taking off those two clips behind the bulge in their video. Then how would they take the end caps since the bulge is attached to it? Interesting that I would like to watch. If you need anything for your car go to www.Revemoto.com.
Thanks a lot, man. I came across your channel because someone damaged the right passenger front bumper on my truck. He didn't want to go through insurance, so he gave me $500 dollars to fix it. Which basically is the amount it would cost to buy the part.
Great question and the answer is yes. Here is a link www.revemoto.com/collections/toyota-parts/products/2022-toyota-tundra-trd-rear-bumper-end-cap-painted.
Hello Justin, and YES and NO. If you paint on chrome, the paint will eventually lift. It has to be painted on bare metal or bare plastic of the paint to properly adhere. That is why we don't do it. Thanks for watching!
Wow I did not think the end caps painted to match were basically plastic painted end caps I wanted to replace mine and was going to order from Toyota OEM parts seller but not pulling off metal end caps just to replace with PLASTIC👎!
Hello Kirk! The price for the part will not change much but the difference comes in the materials we use and labor. It's possible to get lower price with cheaper materials and lower labor cost. We do our best to stay competitive but we don't skip on on quality. Especially in our business, we don't have the luxury to blend panels, so we use high-quality materials to get a great paint match. Thanks for watching!
All that removal just for those two front end caps?
Very good and informative video. Keep it up.
Appreciate it! Let us know how the swap went. And, if you ever need the painted end caps, visit revemoto.com 😎

Wow, that’s labor intensive.

480 a piece??? Y’all are crazy. I could get a whole new steel bumper for the same price.
Hmm did you read your comment before you submitted? A steel bumper without paint. Did you think paint was free.
@@ReveMoto yeah a steel bumper without paint? They come already powder coated.
@@LS-tv5hp just remember you pay for what you get.
lol exactly. I was able to buy a GALLON of primer, base coat 3L5, and clear for 350 and bumper ends for 60. Yeah, they’re on crack
@@morganwyllie3891oh, so the paint manufacturers are on crack😂
Appreciate it this helped me paint my chrome caps and grill .
Glad it helped! It looks so much better painted to match. Go to www.Revemoto.com
wish ya'll were located in California where I can have you guys install my bumper end caps.
We'd love to have a location there, we ship a lot of parts to Cali. We hope the video helps and please sub if you haven't!
@@ReveMoto did you guys have to recalibrate the front sensor when your removed them from the old one and transferred them to the new one?
Cost me 1200 front rear bumpers, added grill and hood scoop, all ome
Title says 15-21 tundra so 2014 should be the same right?

You don't have to remove the grill but it makes it easier to access the bolts on top of the bumper
Well this work on a trd pro with rigid fog lights?
Yeah it should the foglight should still be direct fit

Hey there! Great video. Do rear color matched bumper caps exist??
Great question and the answer is yes. Here is a link www.revemoto.com/collections/toyota-parts/products/2022-toyota-tundra-trd-rear-bumper-end-cap-painted.
Whats the process of painting of does it need to get sanded or something
Hi Dave, yes you will always need to sand the surface prior to painting.
What wheels are those 👌🔥
I am not sure
I like the rims of that truck. What brand and model is it?
Thanks Gregorio that is actually a stock Sequoia Rims but wrapped in black
Those chrome units for sale?
Hit up our team www.ReveMoto.com they can assist you on that part
Couldn’t you just paint the chrome ones and not put plastic ones on?

$500 per end cap😂 and I still have to do the install? No thanks
It’s not for everyone. If you want it done right then come to us.
Great video, but everything is overly priced.
Remember you get what you pay for.
good content but you really need to get a better mic setup. really hard to watch.
Thank you Douglas. We were having problems with the mic all day. We do need a different setup. Thanks for watching!

Too bad this company thinks this is painted when the price suggests they are 24K gold plated. Almost $500 PER SIDE and even more for the rear.
If it was gold plated we would sell for more.
