    THIS. THIS THIS THIS.
    My body is in permanent fight or flight mode. When I had my testing done last year, my doctor told me she didn't understand how I wasn't showing symptoms of being in a constant state of panic, because mentally, I am. I told her it's a lot of suppression and dealing with bad attacks and explosions later. I suffer from a wonderful combination of panic and agoraphobia, high-functioning anxiety, and generalized anxiety overall. I'm prescribed Xanax and I cant stand it. It takes away my anxiety and makes me feel like an exhausted zombie.

    My brain is trying to have anxiety much of the time, I think, but I got lucky and can contain that to my subconscious. However, I've been led to believe that containing things to the subconscious is inherently unstable, and they'll eventually escape. If that happens to me, I'll be glad that there are videos like this one.

    I find Gabapentin, generic for Neurontin, very uplifting. Obviously everyone's brain chemistry is different, but I have also taken the downers (Xanax) and Gabapentin gave me a most calming sensation. Always check with your Dr. first.
    On a lighter note, good video, Crazy.

    I feel anxiety when it comes to my job. The thought of being broke and homeless drives me crazy. Im sure im not the only one.

    I cry for doing something good like taking biscuits to the nurses at Christmas who I liked and now I cannot stop phoning them up I know I should do and I also help in dining room collecting plats cleaning the tables and I would do it again and washing pots and cleaning the kitchen

    I find that diet has a lot to do with how you feel but it doesn't mean that anxiety isn't there , etc ..

    You forgot panic disorder. I suffer from panic disorder which means along with generalized anxiety, sometimes I end up having panic attacks despite not having anything anxiety provoking going on.

      Lizzi Luminate true! I kinda mention how flight or fight happens during panic or anxiety attacked but i didn't go into the difference or anything! I will remedy this in the future :)

    anxiety isnt a illness your not mental take a 2 hour theropy lesson and you'll never have a "anxiety/panic attack" again

      Poseidon DCUO anxiety is often an imbalance in the chemicals in the brain. As someone who has struggled with anxiety disorder for as long as I can remember and has tried everything from therapy to medication to drugs to meditation to try and get it under control I can tell you first hand it is not that easy.

      Poseidon DCUO I'm not schizophrenic no, I have general anxiety and panic disorder with emetophobia (the fear of throwing up). This means every day things might make me more anxious than your average person, but the worst part is the panic attacks which can feel like a heart attack when bad enough. They are usually relatively random but not sudden, I will feel super anxious before the actual panic attack. My attacks can have symptoms from racing heart to cold sweats, uncontrollable shaking or in the worst cases throwing up or passing out. Anxiety is a little different for everyone, but it is a very real thing

      Poseidon DCUO Think of when you've ever been really stressed about something, like a performance or test or something. Now imagine you get that feeling every day but for little things like talking to friends or getting to school on time but not too early so you don't seem weird. It's exhausting

      Lizzi Luminate ik i have expierenced it but if you keep looking at is as something is wrong with you or have a mental illness then you'll stay like that its not easy but it is a thing that can be overcome
