- One dish that has been so popular in the recent past is the Chicken Shawarma available on the streets of India and one such place that has been selling the most of this dish is Al Naseem Food located in Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi..The place sells more than 100 kgs of Shawarma each day and it is an art to make this dish. 40 kgs of chicken is cooked once on the tawa along with ginger, green chillies, onions, tomatoes and coriander and is then served with either Roti, Parantha, burger or sandwich.. Indian shawarma is the best in taste. I’ve traveled the world and have eaten different shawarmas (turkish, lebanese, syrian, arabian, german, etc..) but Indian shawarma has unique taste because of the variety of spices India has and put into it.

Possibly delicious thing to eat but which part of this was shawarma? It can be anything but shawarma... may be chicken roll? It is just a compromise as real shawarma is going to be a properly roasted on the rotisserie and here it will be half boiled and half stewed.
Also, once the chicken is cooked they add the marinade from the uncooked chicken???? Have they heard about Salmonella infection?

This isnt a chicken shawarma it's rather chicken halwa wrapped in a bread. Jis area me ye hai wahan log kuch b kha lete hain non veg k naam pe. Authentic shawarma you get only in Khan market.

bro he already explained that its their specific style otherwise delhi is full of shwarma stalls, shops and even few Arabian and turkish multi national food chains which serve authentic shawarma's and donors, even hyderabadi shwarma is an Indian modification and not authentic moreover it is also same as delhi shops nothing major difference as I have visited hyderabad twice and eaten it🤦♂

In vertical rod system the product is very well baked with the 🔥🔥🔥 fire. Where as here the product is fried on the hot plate and then the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
The result of this type is enhanced with the use of moinnsce whereas in the traditional system the moinnsce is not used at all.
