    My oven never fails to fail. It's been a comedy of errors since right after the warranty ran out. I'll never buy another LG appliance. We recently replaced the dishwasher and told the salesman no LG and he said "I hear that alot from former LG owners". Also, smart diagnosis does not work worth a damn. Useless feature designed only to sell units not to actually help.

    I happened to run into this video and it's perfect! we have the same exact oven! I love this oven but even though my family and I had it for 5 years, the heating hasn't been working sometimes. A trick Wie found is, when we want to turn on the oven, we don't press the Conv. Bake but we just press the Bake button. and often that works. This video is so helpful. I love the LG company and thank you guys for helping your costumers with appliance technical difficulties. : )

      I'm happy you're happy but you're saying that the solution to your problem is don't use the broken feature. You should be disappointed that there even is a broken feature.

    Bottom oven burner stopped working after 18 months. The repair guy was so familiar with this issue he ordered a new oven heating element before he even came over. Well know issue.

    This has nothing to do with why I put in a service request, why would LG send me a link to this? This is just for people who don't know how to turn on their ovens properly, nothing to do with an oven not actually working

    Oven won’t heat or takes 40 min to get to 350. Called for repair.. the guy said he wouldn’t put a penny into it .. get something else 😮. Then charged me 50.00 .. I have LG everything, TV Dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer, Dryer. .. everything.. I’m so disappointed and heartbroken.. what will completely fail next??? Any guesses …
    well the TV has issues connecting to WiFi, the dishwasher WILL NOT DRY.. fridge ice maker is a joke ( only works when it wants to and poor design with ice buck having a useless hole in the back where ice falls out is just crazy.. my washer likes to throw crazy errors and hold my clothes hostage when every it is most inconvenient for me.
    History of Why we have all LG appliances….
    We had a house fire and lost everything, 4 weeks later my husband was diagnosed with cancer. after 15 months of trying to get our lives back , rebuilding our home, and dealing with the devastation of cancer treatments we made the mistake of trusting a really convincing sales pitch.. all we wanted was to finally put some stress behind us… Cancer treatments are not cheap.. we didn’t plan on having to replace EVERYTHING again so soon. We thought we could relax and enjoy our new appliances for years .. boy was we wrong.. LG has let us down when we needed reliability the most. I can’t in good faith recommend anyone purchase a LG appliance/tv unless you are made of money and like living on the edge of the unknown..

      @@LGUSASupport The beginning of the video tells you not to use a store bought thermometer. Is that because you don't want anyone to see the oven temperature is off from the factory? Also, when you add a feature to adjust the temperature (without verifying), that doesn't actually help, it just makes the temperature you want higher.

    I bought LG dishwasher, oven and refridge...all are just at 5 years old. All 3 are not working properly. Never buy LG again I tell you that.
    Of course the warranty was 5 years.

      LG is complete garbage. I agree, never again. We are having all kinds of issues with our electric range after a few years. So expensive and they DON'T last.

    Stove not even three months old and they are trying to tell me I may have to pay for a technician to come service a BRAND NEW UNIT! I’ll return this junk and buy Samsung or whirlpool! Not happy what so ever with my product! This is the video customer service sends you for an F9 code… All I own is LG products… might need to switch to another brand!!
