A320 NEO Nav. data base select FMGC1-615A if i use PDL(Laptop) or select FMGC 1 only? i am only asking for A320NEO

Yes correct..only if your loader is compatible with 615A.
Selecting 1 because position 1 is hardwired for hi speed data loading.
