I am 61, and two years ago when I went to Spain I promised myself that my days of traveling solo were over. Next time, with wife or friend or son or daughter. Nothing untoward happened, and I was generally very healthy, but there's just something about traveling solo in a distant land after a certain age. Stay safe. Stay healthy
