Ahh, Hamilton, Toronto's biggest regional rival all the way to the first half of the 20th century before Toronto overtook Montreal as the biggest city in Canada. Downtown Hamilton has become expensive with many more upcoming developments on the way. Hamilton was also the 5th biggest city in Canada til the 1960s or so.
