Does this mean that Japan is better than China now in tt?

The Japanese had him figured out. Liang can't receive his crazy serves, therefore the loss.

I dont know whats happening... like Fan Zhendong, this new generation is "losing respect" for other players. All they do is scream the entire game. Im not the professional, but Ive played for some time, I mean, its okay if u do over important points, but for all of them its annoying, makes the concentration harder...

Different sports have different traditions. Shouting in tt games has a long tradition back to 60's Japanese women players and does not mean losing respect to their opponents. One charm of tt is the competition of mental strength and shouting helps improve morale. Don't blame players for this kind of playing habit. Mobilizing all the mental and physical strength to win the game is basically the force that brings this sports constantly to newer levels.

It has nothing to do with respect, Chinese coaches force the players to shout when they started to learn to play tabletennis and made up their mind to become professional players.

"losing respect". Like I said, its fine, but theyre doing it over some points like, when the ball hits the net, or barely hits the table. Thats what I think is not necessary...

notice how I used the " "'s over losing respect :)

I guess Chinese players shouting so noisily because of the pressure they cant loose. if they lose, they would never get their second chance to show up on the international events. I think TT players in China are replaceable cuz there are too many of them, they just dont have the opportunities. of course, this is only my guessing
