First off I’ve never seen an airstream on the road that didn’t have dents on the thin aluminum skin. Secondly airstream continues to use antiquated construction such as pink batt insulation. For the price I would expect state of the art construction without having to worry about constant denting on the trailer.
The only comment I’d like to say is I’d like to see a manufacturer someday design a layout for the single bachelor. Remove some seating and sleeping area in place of a nice office space instead of space for family.
I can't believe how cramped that thing is for the price. I can understand the luxury perception of the Airstream name, but my current travel trailer has all the same features, weighs less, has a slide out for greatly increased space, and doesn't require sitting on the toilet at a weird angle to clear the sink. It also cost about 1/4 as much, with quite good material and build quality.
True but you’ll have plenty of problems with slides. Can’t count the number of times we’ve watched someone back into a site only to either not have enough clearance to open slides or cannot get slides in due to de rigor mechanical failure of slides not to mention most who chose Airstream typically don’t want slides for many reasons not limited to the fact that an Airstream is fully functionally as is so stops for a meal or just to use the bathroom doesn’t require crawling aroundd or o Ed the tight spaces when slides are closed up. Also a 70% of Airstreams made are still road worthy today. There isn’t any other brand that can make that claim. All the box trailers will delaminate pretty quickly. We’ve owned both and the quality and space in each of our 3 Airstreams far surpass any other brand. Yes, they are expensive but worth it if you’ve ever had the long term opportunity to travel in both. I think if you can ever afford one you’d be just as pleasantly surprised at the amount of space e.
I think I like the globetrotter best. Love the modern look interior.
Absolutely love the changes in the 2024.5 Globetrotter! Thanks so much for sharing!
Great improvement with the dinette table. Will Airstream retrofit the models from previous years?
Does this trailer come standard with both front and rear end separation now with hatches on both ends ?
Very nice! What are the inverter and battery upgrade options?
Beautiful
gimmicky table looks as wobbly as the 2 pc. but, good to see AS got the message on two latches for the two drawers under the sink.

You know Airstream makes a layout called “office,” right? Maybe go look at it.
I’d have to live in it. Camping just isn’t the same anymore is it? It’s nice nonetheless.
At these prices, buy a lakeside cabin! You’ll have a much better investment that will go from generation to generation. ♥️
