    I wish the news would recognize how there's zero casualties. I don't even think anyone got injured either. It's pretty incredible how calmly and lawfully everyone took to their jobs to do the right thing and didn't cause unnecessary death and damages to their own. (except of course, the lame excuse for a president who started it all)

      Myanmar’s coup was done without any announcement, not even on the day itself.
      President Yoon announced martial law for the whole world to hear, and gave politicians roughly 20 minutes to gather and oppose him (the martial law would have come into effect at 2300 hours)
      TL;DR: Myanmar’s coup was only successful because they maintained the element of surprise, whereas Yoon didn’t

    For those interested:
    I will put a list of crimes - only a few out of dozens known - that the president and his family have commited. For most of them material proofs have been available to the public, but because of his ties to the Prosecutors (he was the Prosecutor General until he became the president) he and his family were never charged. (In Korea, only the Prosecutors can indict and no one else can)
    1. His mother-in-law has in multiple counts fabricated documents and used them in banks and courts to avoid punishment of her other crimes.
    2. His mother-in-law used confidential information to buy and sell real estate and have illegally accumulated tens of millions USD.
    3. His wife and her mother have been involved in multiple stock manipulations. They were always the most involved in terms of number of trades and amounts, and always profited the most, but have never been charged while all other accomplices have been sent to jail.
    Recently, the wife used her position as the first lady to pump up another stock thru diplomatic policies.
    4. The president had been asked on the issues 1-3 during the elections, but knowingly and falsely denied all of them.
    5. The president and his wife have been "dealing" high ranking office positions and house nominations. Lobbying or such involvements are illegal in Korea.
    6. The president, when he was the Prosecutor General, illegally collected personal information in mass to manage his political oppositions. All the information are still in use at the Prosecutors office today.

      The liberal party is the majority and every effort this president made has been blocked. In the meantime, the liberal party leader has multiple court cases and unlike Trump he might actually have to go to jail. So it’s a battle between these two. And the president probably felt cornered as he’s got no possible ways to govern as the parliament is deadlocked. That’s my take.

    US presidents can start insurrection and pardon their own sons. I suppose Korean presidents can impose martial law. Only difference is Korean president is amateur whereas American presidents can pull it off. This is democracy at its best. Korean president could have said some people planted a huge bomb at the National Assembly. He wants a 1km cordon, totally sealed off. He can then declare martial law. Also cut power to the national assembly building for good measure.

    Let me put up my thoughts, not as an expert and unpaid:
    1. Yoon's wife will be formally charged on corruption during coming few days. Marshall law to freeze the case and sack the prosecutor.
    2. His approval rate is only 17% and a minority in Parliament. Marshall law to take over power instead of a lame duck for the rest of his 2.5yr terms.
    3. South Korea economy is in deep trouble. Marshall law to divert attention.
    4. He is a stupid guy. His best performance is being US leap dog and sang American Pie with Biden.😂😂😂

    There will be lines of people walking the plank - President and his wife, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Home Affairs (in charge of police) and any accomplice. Clearly showed it is arranged with the soldiers and police so well prepared that reacted within minutes after the announcement. This President and accomplices legacy forever tainted with military coup that SKoreans hated repeat of one of the darkest history of 40+year ago.

      These are special forces with the duty to protect the president and Seoul. They report directly to the president. They are trained in the speed of deployment in the event of a threat of a terrorist attack or a threat to the president. Do you think someone told them what was going on? They were ordered to go. Do you know what the punishment is for disobeying an order during martial law? Think fairly. The soldiers handled it brilliantly - the woman and some people were aggressive. Don't be angry with the soldiers, but with the people who are really to blame.

    • @waisee80
      @waisee80 7 дней назад

      @@lenkaprochazkova5129 I do agree soldiers are trained to take command from higher position but they did not exert full force against those civilians (I believe the soldiers know that they should be defending the country but being a tool for incompetent leader(s) to harm citizens that acted in best interest of the country). The speech made by SKorean President mentioned on elements of NKorea just show how dimwit the fellow. With martial just expediate his political career demise and expressway to prison for him and his wife (provoking SKoreans to further disapprove him due to dark history of 1979/80 martial law) and might trigger "Rocket Man" to do something extreme as would see it as opportunity (SKorea too busy with internal power struggle with involvement of soldiers).

      Biden is a true diplomat that has brought together politicians from both sides of the aisle to bring forth initiatives like the inflation reduction act to bring forward positive change. Trump had a very poor rating as President before Covid-19 because he wants people to kowtow to him and would not even listen to experts in his own cabinet. If you need a surgery, I think you should go to a car mechanic.

    Hmm , interesting, seems more than one country needs lifestyle changes. Sounds good making the panels string up in series in big systems, can help let a big controller charge easier handling the amps better instead of using a parallel system and limiting wires, allso more then one charge controller can easily see which string of panels to check for issues much easier on big systems needed for environmental conditions. Sun power is best any size so the bigger the system the better. I would buy a huge auto battery charger 120v 110v plug type and have a diesel generator to run from with plenty of fuel storage and a pump for filling when needed. I herd thier are some bio systems for personal gas ,that also help feed the plants when mixed in to a compost area. Yes more then one backup generator on stand by with cleaning and spare maintenance plenty of fuel and huge solar, digging some and green house power companies can charge electric technology and help grow the plants with the sun. Colder climates need everything not only portable but allso at any moment. I believe oil and power companies with big solar can all work hand in hand with people and governments.

    it not ture / The people who stopped the state of emergency in South Korea did the following: they significantly increased their own budgets as members of the National Assembly, while cutting all funds necessary for running the country. This is the current reality of South Korea. The nation has been overtaken by left-wing forces. South Korea is indeed in a state of emergency, and President Yoon Suk-yeol is completely restrained by a legislative dictatorship of 190 seats, leaving him unable to act on his own.

      Temporary substitution of military authority over civilian rule. The military leader has unlimited authority to make and enforce laws.

    • @Enigma_Kay
      @Enigma_Kay 8 дней назад

      Simply put, a Martial Law is military power replacing civilian government. It could be temporary, or it could be indefinite. It varies by country and its constitution but the main logic for the martial law is to allow military to take over "temporarily" in emergency where civilian government is unable to function (natural disaster, political instability, war, rebellion, etc). Depending on what the constitution says, martial law could give military the power to take over political/legal system, take control of the media, and more.
