I picked to listen to this on Tisha B’Av. It couldn’t have been more appropriate! On the day memorializing our separation from Ha’Shem, the day each year that he pushes us away. The day that we model how few true needs we have, food, drink, showering, even furniture! Our essence really doesn’t need anything, but to be needed. This day is about G-D missing us and trying to prove to our creator that we truly miss the personal connection. You so above everyone else, know the tremendous satisfaction (High) you get from being needed! From providing to others unselfishly, from providing hope to the hopeless! Love you man! I loved this podcast with Rabbi Friedman. I, listen to him many hours. Although, I am not a Jew, I, appreciate all the education of the Jewish culture and history he facilitates to the world. It’s fascinating to me. I can identify & agree with a lot of the teachings about God needing us. Rabbi’s teachings inspire me to know God in a deeper and more uncomplicated way. I could go on & on. God Bless!

Why would God need us to do for HIM???
The real Christians want Heaven BECAUSE there is God. They love Him and want to be with Him forever. They don’t need “just Heaven”.
As i listen to the rabi i was wondering if he believe in sarafins cherabins or angels or celes teral beings we as mortal men cannot find out god with out marage we cannot multiply that is why GOD made a man and woman we as human beings cannot and should not try to add multiply or subtrac GOD that is blasphreaming stay safe etc .
Again as i was listening to the rabi he was condeming his self in a lot of his discours they ar other planets out thers besides ours the fals teachings of all religens in this world ar teaching part truth and part lies men trying to be in the place ofGOD °°°IT IS THE other way around it is tha GOD have to be in us so that his holy spirit who is the very GOD can lead us in his ways stay safe etc .
GOD dont nor would ever be in need HE GOD just want to share his glory with us his creation stay safe .

Very wise advice.
I don't agree with all. Yet, he has excellent points. Being too honest with a stranger is not needed. Only person you need to be honest to is your spouse. He did have a point about the shadchun view. However, why can't hashem be someone's shadchun? Wasn't hashem, Adam and eves shadchun? Yet, its true it would make dating easier telling an in-between individual.
This guy talks his own ideas. Nothing from the Torah. He is awful!
I’m confused. So how does this rabbi deal with intermarriage, the Torah, etc. He’s a rebel from the 60’s?
He doesn't
He doesn't . He goes by his own ideas, not Torah.
