I love the FCF video this week. I have a quick question, maybe future video, but I'm trying to figure out a way to get students who are new to sparring to become more aggressive. Obviously the majority of new students will be timid and not really know how to spar yet but what are a few drills and tips to give kids or even adults that can help them become aggressive and take over rounds with more timid opponents?
A lot of this comes down to personality and mentality. You must remember, 90% of people start a martial art as they're shy and not usually an aggressive person naturally. This instinct usually comes with experience. Take a look at our most recent video 10 things we learned in 10p episodes, and check out the section on momentum 🫡
