A-25's incident report:
"On May 23, 2024, at approximately 12:16 PM, I, Trooper James Booth, was positioned at Interstate Park with an ASP
checkpoint team. I received a report that a grey Toyota Camry had made a U-turn to avoid the checkpoint. I caught up to the
vehicle near a quarry close to the intersection of 65th Street, the vehicle then stopped in the road impeding traffic with no
hazardous light. I then activated my emergency lights on the Toyota Camry with license plate AHW19U and the vehicle began
to fled, heading south on Arch Street, surpassing 65th Street. The driver, Emery Tillman, was identified as the person behind
the wheel. Mr. Tillman was seen overtaking other vehicles in the opposite lane at speeds exceeding 80 miles per hour in a 45-
mile-per-hour zone. He continued to drive at high speeds, reaching 100 miles per hour at one point to escape. Mr. Tillman then
ran a red light at the intersection of Arch Street and Baseline while heading south and turned left onto Old Castle Drive near
England Acres. I attempted a T.V.I. (tactical vehicle intervention), which was unsuccessful, and Mr. Tillman continued fleeing
west on Old Castle Drive, which led to a dead end. Mr. Tillman reached the dead of the road and bailed on foot into the woods.
I was able to maintain sight of Mr. Tillman while I entered the woods. Once I caught up with Mr. Tillman, I ordered him to get on
the grounds and place his hands behind his back. I escorted Mr. Tillman out of the woods back to my patrol unit. Mr. Tillman
was searched before being placed in the back seat of my car.
While searching the vehicle, I found a large black duffle bag in the trunk containing 19 sealed bags of marijuana. Additionally, I
found a small brown bag near where Mr. Tillman first entered the woods, along with 2 cell phones. Inside the brown bag, there
was a glass jar filled with green leafy substances, also identified as marijuana. East End Towing towed the vehicle.
Mr. Tillman was transported to UAMS to be cleared medically and then taken to Pulaski County Jail to be charged accordingly.

Look at those two men. Trooper Booth and Mr. Tillman. What a difference life choices make.
I guess he found out you can't run thru the woods with slides and your pajama bottoms on, lol Thank you James, stay safe this weekend! 😎
Nor with your pants 1/2 down! The irony NO other country has that culture of pants 1/2 down, its only in America. It looks strange, like they have some mental issue.
...Stupid, but that's Thug Life...
Another wasted oxygen..poor trooper..never a dull moment in trooper’s days..
Thanks for this video, James! I always look forward to pursuits by Trooper James Booth. Be advised, suspects---do not run from Trooper Booth---he WILL catch up with you! One of my favorite videos was when Trooper Booth was dealing with an overly-dramatic driver who was crying and carrying-on, and Trooper B told him to "Hush up!" Everyone be safe and be well! ❤
Wow, awesome video. Had a hard time finding the re-lease, Got it.😁 Thank you as always NST. Loving the image.❤🇺🇸🚑
I love all law enforcement, you guys in Arkansas are Awesome. Stay safe take care. Love your GOVERNOR SARAH.❤❤❤❤❤❤🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Got another waste of oxygen dealer and his goods off the streets. Great job Trp. Booth and ASP.
Trooper Booth proved his car was not the only thing that was fast another great job by the Arkansas State Police and NST for another great video
Short and sweet trooper. Good job!😊
Looks like he has a dead octopus on his head!
Great work once again by ASP
But officer, that's not mine--it's my girlfriends--trust me. She just called and needed me to get it to her before it spoils, ha, ha. GREAT JOB!!!! ASP!!!!
1:55 - Where they make the little rocks in Little Rock...
Troop A is busy this week.
This is great! Thank you James. Have a good weekend ❤❤
Thank you NST! You tube let be back on. Lol
🔥🔥NST
I dee you on other channels 😊
Edit - see
@@LindaZeno NST is the only police channel I comment on ..
Home dog should have worn his jordans if he was going to make a dash for it. Trooper Booth ran him down with a hat on and perp walked him back to the car.
probably could have outrun the cops if you had pulled your drawers up
I would like to see the court case about why did the Trpr go after him? What law did he break by turning around? I know there is one case where they argued the Trpr had no probable cause to chase down the vehicle, no laws had been broken. Of course, this id10t would have had to stop and engage the trooper without fleeing to made that happen.
Another upstanding citizen that just cost the tax payers $10,000.
I would be petrified if someone drove near me like that!
Are you talking about Tropper Booth driving 91mph (in a 45mph zone) passing multiple cars in a no pass zone and coming within feet of a pedestrian all while not engaging the lights or sirens?
You would be petrified if you saw me driving. 😅
@@Charles-kg5fl I'm curious how you would know if the siren was on since the opening music was on ?
@@waynedavis7245 At the bottom of the screen they have [mic] [brakes] [lights] [siren] integrated to the cameras on the police car. when any of those are activated, they turn from white to green.
@@Deputy-Seraph Hopefully you don't drive like the deputies in Florida🤣
Got my NST sticker Sir!! Thank you
GOT Ya !!!😂😂
Good Catch !!!
Great action.
i lik the music lol
Great Arrest Video
ASP 👍
those stereotypes are so unfair.. smh
I can't blame him for turning around to avoid a checkpoint, I totally get that. I mean who here likes checkpoints? But, that's got to be a suck feeling seeing a checkpoint coming up and knowing you're riding dirty.
Sometimes the county and LR will do checkpoints but they be looking for drivers who have been drinking.
I hop I don't get thrown off this one. I didn't know why 🤔.
I’m with you! It started then disappeared??? But as always, James to the rescue! Thanks James and NST💙❤️💙
Re-release.
What did he hit at 11:02?
Seems homeslice didn’t know the neighborhood as well as he thought he did..
What's the theme song?
"The Breeze" by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Great work Tpr. Byrd and Tpr. Morphis.
@@Paul-tn3sc Not even close
I would love a sticker please.
Check point Checky
Checkpoints should be illegal
Can you get us the new Jacob Byrd chase? Saw it on another channel but your edits are better.
Good j p
it's those basketball people again. and again.

Don’t these Arkansas drivers watch RUclips? They’d know that resistance is futile.

Is it legal for an Arkansas law enforcement officer to cross a double yellow line without having the emergency lights on?
Responders exempt
Law enforcement has exception to traffic laws.
§ 12-62-407. Exemption from traffic laws
The military forces of the organized militia with official insignia displayed, while on authorized duty, shall not be restricted by municipal traffic regulations. They shall have the right of way on any street or highway through which they may pass against all, except carriers of the United States mail, fire engines, police vehicles, and hospital ambulances in the necessary performance of their respective duties.
@@NaturalStateTransparency that's not ripe for abuse at all...
Nice way to ruin the homewners little nap.!
Checkpoints are unconstitutional. It's not unlawful to avoid police contact.
I agree
@@keithhunter0975 So does the Supreme Court. I'm wondering how this even still happens in this day and age.
No they're not. Nothing to hide? No problem. Btw: In Arkansas, avoiding the police is a felony. Laws are different from state to state.
@@joanoblinger That may have been true 2 weeks ago, but the feds just ruled it isn't.
The African can't operate a vehicle within the legal limits of the law. It's not really a high bar, but never the less.
He taught he was going to get away. I dont know why they always run. Useless .Not with Arkansas state police. 🏃♂🐕🦺👮♂
Good job except the music , otherwise thank you .
