Sir please help me my pixel 6a got screen burn in issue I sent it to service center through mail in option it was in warranty and they fixed the phone and sent it back to me but after getting it. I read. Read the job sheet and it was written that they have changed the display but when I inspected on the device the display was not at all changed. The phone was as it is and the problem was not fixed so it end of warranty. They have not even fixed my phone and now they are saying that. Mail it again and then we will charge you and do it for you. So please help me
If they haven't changed it, and mentioned as screen changed, it is like committing fraud! Get on their head & ask them to change it this time and take care of the expenses too (courier). Also, ask for some proof that the screen has been changed. How could they just bluff without actually changing the screen first time!? This is ridiculous!
