We stayed here last year and it's an excellent hotel for families with children. Wonderful pools and kids' water park. The proximity to the airport was convenient. The beach had some seaweed but was great for long walks. The shows at night were fantastic. The food was delicious but a bit chaotic. Excellent video, with lots of information..
We really enjoyed a fantastic holiday here. The hotel was reasonably priced and provided excellent service and well-maintained amenities. We enjoyed the pool in the adults-only area as well as the Italian restaurant. Highly recommended for a brief getaway! Good, detailed video!
We just returned from this resort. Although the place is modern and well-maintained, it is understaffed. The wait time for the bell boy was 30 minutes, and I don't blame them because they were doing a nice job but couldn't keep up with the pace. The food at the restaurants was wonderful, and the environment was tranquil. The buffet was unimpressive, and we were surprised that such a large resort had so few food items available! The pools were fantastic, and we spent most of our time in the adults part. If the price is reasonable, I would recommend. Nice video!
Overall, we thought the hotel was really good. Our accommodation was quite beautiful, and we loved the coastal views. Food was not always the best, and there were just a few options. Make sure you book your restaurants as soon as you arrive. A nice pool area with access to the beach. Outstanding video!
Yes, the beach is not the nicest here, but the resort is really appealing and modern, with plenty of restaurants, gorgeous pools, and an upbeat attitude from the hardworking employees. Great video!
Beautiful resort with good quality drinks and plenty of food throughout the day. The main downside is the buffet, which has limited options and overcrowded layout; I think they should alter the food stations and add more food. Nice video.
We stayed here end of September and although its a small resort we had such a great time!!! All we wanted was a relaxing trip laying by the pool and eating/drinking, and that's what we got. My first trip to Mexico and at an all inclusive so it set the bar high. If you go, PLEASE try the food stands by the adult pool, the burger is the best burger I've had in my life, I tipped that man $10 at the end of my trip hahah

We didn't have much of the seaweed when we were there. They can keep the seaweed out, but not all.
