I think you and I have different ideas of what "red-light district" means. Walking through Susukino, i saw couple of blocks worth of soaplands, which in my mind squarely puts it into that category. Even Shinjuku's Kabuki cho and areas of Shibuya are much more racy then Ikebukuro. I'd call it a vibrant night spot, but not a red-light district....but then again, you gotta get your clicks somehow.😂
