I feel like everyone agreeing is because I "look like that type of guy." So I'm a chubby (not that big, just a bit overweight) starting to hit the gym again and this is helping. Thank you.

I use a wood chair and bumbells of 50 ponders in each hand trusty up and down holding each one side by side doing about 20 times ohya push ups on the wood chair and dips 100 times each × 10 in sets jumping push-ups as well then 5 mile run with a 50 lb of bricks in a backpack learnig from a Step father was in Vietnam 7 times so yah I think i knows some stuff youn men just saying I heald my business

Make sure to rest bro, rest is needed for muscle recovery ❤️🩹. Please make sure you rest lol 😂 one of the biggest rookie mistakes I made was not resting enough and it really helped my muscle growth recovering 1-2 times per week
