Please Ladies, it's more important to watch what you eat. What helped me was taking iron, vitamin d and zinc. I do a protein shake with flaxseed every other day. My hair literally grew overnight. Please drink plenty of water and exercise. For natural hair girls, keep your hair moist. I carry a aloe gel/rose water spritz. When I wear a wig or a head wrap, I place a plastic cap on first, which creates a "greenhouse effect". Good Luck!
Yesss I use black castor in oil and put it in my husband's dreads it's a miracle worker. Makes your hair stronger as well. My husband's dreads are so thick and healthy ppl compliment his all the time.
I’m telling y’all...for y’all relaxed haired ladies with edges that just won’t grow....BB Aloe and Castor Oil Hair Lotion. I started moisturizing my hair with it daily and i saw a difference within a few days.

Yes oil equals moisture when it comes to hair. Not water. Notice how the white people with the straight hair got greasy hair and it's less dry than us curly haired women? It's not water it's the oil but in the natural hair community people put too much emphasis on products or water. No it's all about the oils just gotta find what works for you. My hair only thrives in pure amla oil. Nothing else. I oil it everyday. I just got health issues so thinning hair but amla oil is my holy grail and my hair seem greasy but I don't care it's not dry and it's happy.
It's not natural to use that much products. So what did people do back in the day centuries ago? It was all about the oils. Spending hundred of dollars in products isn't normal. Note more money wasted.
I had thinning hair before I started using amla oil so it's not related. When I was a child my mom would put amla oil on my hair and my hair was long and thick. Just saying in case somebody wanna tell me it's the oil that thins out my hair lol. It was thinning out before when it was damn dry all the time lol.
