In todays video we are reacting to our 3rd LILIAC song, Sail Away. We really enjoyed the first original by them so let’s see if we like this one too! Let me know what you guys think in the comments! 🤘🖤
This is their masterpiece, this video was filmed and produced by their dad , edited by Sam the guitar player, and the band and fangs did all the work. The whole thing was 6000.00 and a lot of elbow grease.
I believe Sail Away was written for all the people in their lives in California when they moved to Georgia & this song honors the acquaintance, the friendships & loved ones they left behind.
Musically, vocally and visually superb! There's nothing Melody can't do vocally, check out Dear Father she does something different in it. Thanks for the great reaction ladies and stay well. Fang4Life!!
This is Liliac's only rock ballad to date and it is magnificent , made for very little money with the help of family and freinds it was my favourite Liliac original song until they released NOT AFRAID . Another original Liliac song to react to with a killer video and yet another different addition to Melody's vocal range is their song DEAR FATHER .the video was shot in a forest and is movie quality and Melody dabbles in a operatic tone (watch the video to the credits) . Again produced for very little money and completely by themselves . A terrific reaction on both your parts , keep the reactions coming you are appreciated . FANG4LIFE RORH
@@ToniaElkins I added these because all but one (Last 1) of them are Originals and I like them. However your daughter said she liked the outfits so she will love these videos.
Hi girls, nice react. What a great place to perform this song. Amazing. The first time I saw Liliac was when they performed the Dio cover. It was then that I knew Melody had a great voice. In fact I believe Melody was a huge Dio fan
We will definitely be doing more. 🥰 Since Savannah’s in college we only get together one day a week to film so it may take awhile to get to everyone’s suggestions. Thank you for being patient 🖤🤘
Hi Tonia!! Great reaction! That was their power ballad! You should check out Dear Father and Mystery both are originals! Oh BTW I'm old enough to be your parent! Lol
Thanks so much for the suggestions! I’m excited to hear more from them. And since you’re old enough to be my parent did you understand my Money Pit reference? Lol
@@vincentbonfigli2954 Awesome! We have a few videos pre recorded cuz I took her back to college this week after winter break. But her university is local so on weekends we will try to film some more. So it may be a minute before we get to those. Just a heads up 😊 Hope y’all don’t mind lol.
I suggest "Nothing" or "Dear Father" for originals and "Close My Eyes Forever" and "Seven Nation Army" for covers. They all have great videos. You really can't go wrong with these guys. "Close My Eyes Forever" Melody has a guest singer singing with her and she also plays an instrument that you might not be expecting from her. Good job ladies, keep it up!
Nice reaction to Liliac ,try there cover of "Seven Nation Army" and here a list other great young talent from many countries and genres : Angelina Jordan, Aurora , Diana Ankudinova,Daneliya Tuleshova, Casey Bishop,Kenedi Anderson, Nandi Bushell(multiple instruments), Courtney Hadwin, Allie Sherlock, Angelica Hale,Charlotte Summers,(Mimi and Josie) ,Martha and Lucy Thomas, Emily Linge,Celine Tam, Chevel Shepard, Emi Sunshine ,TNT Boys all are young upcoming talents (really young only 8 bass player and singer Ellen Alaverdyan, 6 Sophia Fatu & 7 Claire Crosby singer and already been in a movie ) try Grace Vanderwaal won AGT at 12-13 ) Opera try Amira Willighagen won Hollands got talent 7-8, Laura Bretan ,Beau Dermott ,Emanne Beasha . And the genius composers Emily Bear and Alma Deutscher .
Thanks for all the suggestions! I know a couple of these already. Such as Grace Vanderwaal, cuz we used to watch AGT. But a lot I haven’t heard of so thank you!
@@ToniaElkins My favourite is probably "The Warning Band" also a family band a trio of sisters from Monterrey Mexico also play rock musically as talented as Lilliac but there secret weapon is there song writing with the drummer being the most prolific she'll start the songs bring it to her sisters to flesh it out but I listen to all of these artist but if you haven't heard of the first 6 singers would strongly advise taking a listen.

this band is soooooo good ! Now, you should try this mytic band: "Nightwish" and the incredible singer Floor Jansen (symphonic meta). a good start: "ghost love score" live in Wacken 2013 (the best version ever !).

You need to stop comparing singers - eventually that will make someone angry. Instead of comparing singers, describe what seems to stand out in their style or tone.
That’s just the way I do things, it’s the way my brain works. If someone gets angry I don’t care because this is my channel and they can watch someone else if they don’t like how I do things.

This is, IHMO, the best rock ballad in decades
Yeah I mean I don’t know if you really hear many Rock ballads anymore. At least not this style. It’s so good! ❤️
Mars live from Cummings ga 2019 shows liliacs full talents it's great
Ok awesome! Thanks for the suggestion! 🖤
Another epic filmed video and original by them, but a much harder song, is Dear Father.
I believe Sail Away was written for all the people in their lives in California when they moved to Georgia & this song honors the acquaintance, the friendships & loved ones they left behind.
Justin said it was tuff carrying the piano through the sand . What sounds like the ocean at the very end is Melody breathing into the mic .
Oh man I didn’t even think about that. I bet that was hard!
