I don't drink any alcohol and my english really bad but your video make me try to learn these things. The english subtitle really good now i can learn english and wine at the same time.Keep doing more video. You're deserved my subscribe.
Quick question. Is there a reason you don’t roll your limes or lemons before squeezing? Me and the kids did an experiment and it actually does give you more juice. 🤷♀️love your channel!
My shrink says that hearing this commentator's voice in your head when your in the kitchen is perfectly normal. It does not count as hearing voices in your head.
This was the first video of yours I’ve found. Frickin hilarious. I also tend to prefer lime to lemon so I’m going to try it. Cant wait to watch more of these 😂
I know I'm late to this party, but your videos are always so entertaining - this one included. Trivia for the day... The French 75 cocktail is named for the famous 75mm French artillery pieces used by allied forces in World War 1. So, Germans would likely call it, "Bastards! French 75!" or "Incoming!" for short. I'll let you do the translation.
I find if you put the bubbly in first since the spirit/syrup combo is denser it will sink to the bottom displacing the bubbly and mixing it better whilst it goes.
I have a scar on my neck because when I was trying to open a bottle of champagne I somehow snapped the neck of the bottle off and cut myself on my neck, my finger, and my toe... I am apparently super strong.
Ahhhhh the eternal struggle of the shaker. Nice to see I’m not the only one with problems.
Lol yeah. Such a simple thing....
These videos are incredible! I love the David Attenborough-esk narration. Your work deserves way more views. Needless to say, you have a sub from me.
Thanks! I appreciate you watching and your kind words
I have to admit that I’m not going to make half the recipes from your genius productions, I’m here because you entertain better than Netflix 😊
That's a serious accolade 😅 thanks ☺️
Love the cleaning the cutting board because of ants comments in your videos. 😂 I die laughing every time!! 😊
Me too 😂
@@BlackTieKitchen I would love to see you do your take on an Old Fashioned.
It's been on my list for over a year, which is funny, because it's my go-to cocktail 😅

Thanks! Ive recently started going through and fixing the subtitles - RUclips had some crazy subtitles for things I didnt say 😂. Thanks for watching!
Please don’t change! Your videos are my new favorite & I love that you don’t edit out the mishaps! I subscribed!👌🏽
Thanks! I dont like cutting out mishaps unless theyre too long. On the french toast... I failed some 4 times lol
Since I don’t mind taking one for the team, I should have been there to drink the mistakes, because...ants.
Mistakes are never wasted here 😉
Hit the tin when they are stuck, opposite of the angle of glass.

I just forget to do it lol. Another method is to pop it in the microwave for ~10 seconds. Turns your citrus into juice factories! 😂

Oddly, I hear it too!
Your shrink was diddled by his rabbi when he was a kid.

Thanks Erik! Lemons are good for fish and desserts... About it 😄
Bro! My favorite drink teacher.

Haha yeah, because it hits you hard, like a 75mm 😂

What a fun video! I will say though that I’m not sure you can bastardize a French 75, there are so many variations and they’re all good
Ah yes the Belgian 37
Lol 😂
I would love to see you bastardize an old fashion or a Manhattan
🤔👍
Careful with the cork, or you might kill ... Ceiling Cat! (no memes were harmed in the making of this comment)
Haha yup. I may have corked a cat at some point...
Dude wipes his nose on the bar glass then palms the ice. Sure, let me have him mix me a drink. Give me a Staph Toxin 75!
Is the glass half full or half empty... or perhaps it is the wrong size glass. ;0)
That love tap 😏😏
Thats my drink there. Bastard or no Imma drink it
Of course! 😁
The definition of insanity..😂
mmmhmm ^_^;
Like your shirt. 🤩
Thanks 😄

Whaaaaa 😯 Wonder Woman over here!
DO the Math!!!! LOL, BUT A lovely bastard though. I do the same thing when i start bartending.
The math?
@@BlackTieKitchen I mean you have to look at how much of volume your flute can hold and shrink the amount of liquid to fit the cocktail flute.
I thought it was bigger than I thought. Also lends to a bastardized French 75, considering it's not the standard serving vessel
02:31. Just give me that lowball glass.
Which squeezer is that?
Dont recall :/
Hit the angled side when it’s stuck, not the parallel
Yeah :/
Alcoholic ants
A COLONY of alcoholic ants 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
hard pass. can’t get past the pretentiousness.
