A Detective Story (Short Film)

A "special" belt is stolen from a lady, named Amy Gingersmith (Madison Gates). Amy hires Detective Brown (William Penny III) to solve the case. Who did it? Will Detective Brown solve the case? Only time will tell!

Calixtus However, I have to take back my words having watched it till its end. It is very amateurish. The feel was there though.

The best criticism that I can give is be careful to eliminate the 'flash' when changing between each clip (when you edit, make sure no excess film is left in between scene/shot changed. Also, remove the empty black space). Another thing is be careful of the location of the mic and the times that you are going to cut to a different scene. One character was shown sitting down, then the scene changes and he sits down again. This is much better than some of the films that I see in my film class. Well done!
